Highly recommend this store. Nakefa helped me upgrade my iphone. He was incredibly efficient, attentive, helpful in answering all my questions and got me in and out within 15 minutes. I felt extremely comfortable with the service and felt no pressure. I left with exactly what I wanted and will come to this store and ask for Nakefa for all future ATT related needs.

As always Louie Redouane @ 89 Seaport Blvd Bostn Store, was exceptional. He goes above and beyond to help in every way.A few months ago, we upgraded our phones. Louie made the process seamless. He is the best sales rep we have ever worked with.Today I went to get one of my phones unlocked and it took him a minute to solve my issue which I have been struggling with for three months.Excellent service and commitment .We highly recommend Louie for any issue.Thank you!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Louie. I work for a company with a corporate account and had an international client visiting unexpectedly who needed an eSIM. Without getting too technical, doing so required a lot of explanation and back and forth between me, my client, our account exec, and Louie who was tasked with helping me from his location at the Seaport. Once Louie was asked to assist, the entire process was seamless. He was able to answer any questions and extremely patient and thorough. He called me from his cell as he was simultaneously in the store calling AT&T regarding our corporate account. The initiative he took to do so made my life easier and I can honestly say that I've never experienced such amazing customer service. If you ever need help with anything, go see Louie at this AT&T...he is a wealth of knowledge and equally kind and patient. What a gem. Thank you again Louie!

I came into the store with an urgent issue and right away I was greeted by Jay and Andrew who both worked with me and got my issue fixed in less than 10 mins! Meant the world to me that they were able to assist so quickly and efficiently. 5 ⭐️ experience yesterday!

While my wife was getting settled for her Harvard Fellowship accross town, I had time on my hands. If I could get waited on right away at this nice AT&T Seaport store, maybe I can be reluctantly convinced to upgrade my Samsung G10. Nakefa was a God-send, he was professional, yet sincere. Most importantly he knew how to convince me with his superb knowledge and expertise to make the upgrade that I had put off well over a year! And still retained my monthly wireless cost, just an outstanding experience.

Do not believe their quotes . They are fraudulent . They added extra costs from the quotes they gave us and flat out lied about discounts . This is terrible business practices and the FTC needs to be informed .
