Visited on March 22nd and the employee working there was extremely rude. He even said “have fun with Verizon.” As I left. Just absolutely not the way to speak to someone who was simply asking a question. I’ve been a customer of ATT for almost 20 years and the customer service over this past week had been absolutely atrocious.

Total ripoff. Why would I pay $64 a month when the average payment for service is $30 a month. No wonder the place was empty. The staff were helpful and reasonable. The executives need to think about the students in that area. They don't have money like that to spend on basic phone service.

I visited this AT&T store to pay off my devices, and the experience was frustrating and disappointing. The young white man with a beard told me I could only pay through the app or with cash at the store. He also lied, claiming that they didn’t have a POS terminal to accept credit card payments and that this policy applied to all AT&T stores in Boston. However, when I immediately went to the AT&T store on Boylston Street, I was able to successfully pay off my devices using a POS terminal with the help of a polite and professional black lady. This store needs to work on staff training and honesty with customers.

Give a 1 star is being too nice! This location isn’t as good as the place looks. They are rude and only cares to help you if buy a phone from this location NOT the company in a whole. My elderly father sent an appt for someone to help him only for when he went in by catching the bus and train, he was told they won’t help him because he didn’t buy his phone from there. What?! So if he bought his phone from there, yall would help him?! Mmmkkaaayy. So, I called the location to speak with the manager to let her know of the experience my father just told me, for her to hang up on me because she didn’t agree with the fact that they were wrong! You know how ppl will judge a parent based on their child’s behavior? Yea, this is this scenario. No wonder the workers act like this, because look at the leadership! They’re learning from their superior that there’s no accountability for your actions. My father is an elderly man that just needed some help and because you won’t get an incentive for him but the phone at that location, you wouldn’t help him!! Mind you, your position doesn’t mean anything, you can die tomorrow and your job description will be on the indeed website to be filled. It doesn’t costs anything to be nice, and just like my dad, we will all grow old one day. Learn some interpersonal skills and be kind. The generation of workers, suck and feel entitled. I will never ever go to that ATT and hope EVERYONE follows suit.

Absolute disgrace of a branch. I have never ever experienced a service like it . I had visited Boston and my phone had died and I had lost my wife and two children, I am an att customer and wanted help to charge my phone so I could call my wife to find out where she was , I had visited this located with my baby daughter and was told they couldn’t help and to go and find a Starbucks … or I could buy a charger ? When I asked them again to please help and let me plug my phone into a charging port I was met with rudeness and lack if empathy for my situation. I at and a lady were extremely rude and even called me a c&nt . I bit my lip and walked out , as I walked out pushing my baby I looked up at the window and they were laughing and recording me . Absolute disgrace

Met a very interesting staff who kept questioning me and my husband at this location today. This staff asked us a lot of questions which made my husband and I felt uncomfortable since the questions doesn’t really related to our service. And the tone was very aggressive and rude.
One of the weird requests he had is asked me to read the code to him which I can show him on the phone.
I didn’t remember my pin of the phone and he could solve that easily through sending the message to me. He waited to send me the pin message until I tried couple times which didn’t go through. That’s wasting both of us time.
Maybe he had a bad day, but that’s not the reason you treat customers like that.
For anyone has similar issues next time, check their name tags, and fill a complain.

Required an eSIM for UK traveller to US - unable to purchase online as AT&T require an address to send the QR code - why not just email the damn link? Visited Boston store. Very helpful and sorted but instead of unlimited data for 1 month for $40 had to pay more for limit of 5 GB
Why?

This recent experience has totally put this store in the garbage category. Unfortunately there is the good and bad of things, but today the actual real image of these people working in there has just shown up. The old Pressure tactics that AT&T do impose on their employees to reach qouta. Do push these individuals to do things that is considered illegal. and when they are caught, they automatically accuse the customer that they are aggressive, and that they are not fraudulent or have committed a crime. However, when someone puts unwanted order under your account and they put it with a receipt that means you have a legitimate order that has a monetary value against your account and you will and when you try to argue that they become very aggressive over. Talk to you and basically tell you to F off, and that is it and hang up on your face. This store is run by what should we say? I have no definition for stupid people like that they should be fired.

These guys rule. In particular, the manager Bobby is a miracle worker. I had been to another AT&T and they had messed up my lines - ported some from Verizon, but not others - put me on the wrong plans and everything. Bobby just solved it. Talked me through it and helped save me money and extra trips. I'll go out of my way to go back to these guys in the future.

The customer support has a good knowledge about my requirements and explained to me different types of sim packages and provided the service in 10 minutes.
