I went to the store to buy iPhone 15 pro max and they gave me iPhone 15 pro .In addition , the price of the iPhone 15 pro and the 15 pro max are the same price.And I told them right away that I asked for the 15 pro max not the 15 pro And the manager and one Spanish girl who is very very rude and awful said because they have to change it and give me the 15 pro max they have to charge me $60 for restocking fee .And I told them;”From my understanding of restocking fee;is if the person buys the phone and send it home and return it within 14 days then they have the right to charge the restocking fee” . But here is the case I’m right in the shop. and I said is not my mistake so they should give me my $60 box and they called two white Police men for me .The two white Police men who came to the scene one of them was very reasonable and the other one was not ready to listen to me all because I’m black lady I. will never recommend this place for even my west enemy . Their behaviour is very nasty ,Zero customer service plus their fraudulent behaviour. This happened on the 12 /15 /2023 . Around 11 am. They manipulated and and debit my debit card $60 for no reason. Which to me is a fraud and I should call the Police and have them prosecuted but I did not do that but they rather play a victim game and called the Police .All that I told them was My God will richly reward them according to what they did to me . And I was overwhelmed with tears.And I left.

One of the young men working here is among the rudest people I've encountered in a customer service setting. I had a very simple question that was responded to with derision and sass. The entire interaction took about 45 seconds but this representative made me feel as if I was wasting hours of his time.Informed me that he's only there to sell and give information. Nothing more. Nothing less. Can't access my account. Can't do anything beyond sell and talk. Well, he gave me information: both on my question and how AT&T treats their customers. Will not be coming back to this location.

I had wonderful service here! My rep, Omar, was so patient helping me transfer my iCloud data over to my new phone from my broken one, and was super friendly as well! The other reps in the shop were also great!

If I could give a 0 I would. I went in because I needed a charger and I use to work at this location years ago, and I got met by one of the managers. Unfortunately didn’t get their name but I went on April 8th, around 3:30. This person told me if I’m not going to buy anything I can leave. I’ve never seen anyone in customer service be this rude. I will make this person understands how to treat people. Please avoid this place at all times! Not what it use to be, just unprofessional, and entitled little “sales” people. John? The security guard was great though

Simply, the least professional and rude "manager" I've ever met. I use to work in this location a few years back, just came in cause I need a charger and see if any friendly faces. All I got was this individual who didn't understand they are in customer service. I went in on April 8th, around 3:30pm. Just please avoid this place at all costs. This is a place that will lie to you to open more lines that you don't need, and this individual is at the front. John, the security guard was great though.

It was great service! The tech was thorough and awesome! I would recommend the highest honor you offer your employees because he is surely on his way to growing in major leadership. I would buy anything if he's my AT&T rep! Great service deserves great rewards he's truly an asset to AT&T! VICTOR WAS AWESOME!!
