I only went in to charge my phone. By the time I left I had switched carriers and bought a new Iphone 15 pro Max based on the coverage, plans prices (with incentives including trade-in). However..... Figuring out what you really owe is very confusing due to complicated formula of not really getting money off your iphone trade-in but receiving a credit every month for 36 months which will add up to the overall credit value. No contracts but if you cancel you are on the hook for whatever the balance of the phone is and the credit no longer is applied. This was explained and I got it. A little irritating in the upselling. Then I got my first bill. It did not include the waiving of the activation fee, it did include ATT insurance that I explicitly said I did not want and some obscure charge (never even heard of it) which has something to do with upgrading down the road. I got it all cleared up with the lovely customer service rep Kristi, so all good. My advice is to make sure you get an itemized receipt of every thing you discussed and expect to see in your billing. btw you don't get credit on first bill (they need to verify if your trade in qualifies) but I just have to trust that it will all work out by the second or third. So overall corporate customer services- great! in store experience a little bait and switch.

I received great service; delight the customer level. In under a minute of walking in the front door, I was helped. My problem was resolved quickly. On top of that, the agent suggested ways to save.

I recently purchased a new phone and a new iPad. Janessa assisted me with my purchases. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She explained everything in details regarding the “trade in” program along with details for my upcoming bill. I was very impressed by her friendliness and how she took the time to answer my questions. It made a big difference in the purchasing process. I highly recommend her services and her professionalism. My phone had no cellular service and the folks at AT&T chat spent an hour looking into it but found no solution. I went into your Boylston St store and Jasmine immediately approached me and started working on my iPhone. Within minutes she diagnosed the issue (needed new SIM card) and got the phone back up and running. Jasmine was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff were also polite. I’ll definitely go back there if I ever need help again.

Kenny Almonte provided exceptional customer service, patiently explaining my plan and resolving an issue with the 'next up' feature. Kenny also apologized for the delay, considering the store was short-staffed. I didn't mind, as I understand the challenges in working in the cellphone industry. I left the store as a satisfied customer, and if you plan to visit this store, be sure to seek out Kenny!

Sales associates seemed disinterested and ordered wrong phone. I caught the error and it was corrected. I was told the correct phone would arrive the next day via overnight shipping. When checking the status I found that it was not going to be shipped for 10 days to 2 weeks. When I called the Boylston Street AT&T to ask why I was told it would be delivered overnight the sales associate responded, "well, that happens." Doubtless true - but would have been better to be up front with the reality of the timing. 1st world woes, but annoying.

Definitely recommend this AT&T out of all other ones in the Boston area was able to help me after having numerous days of issues and they had exactly what I needed as far as phones. If Janessa M is available, I definitely recommend speaking to her she'll get you out in a timely manner as well understand all your concerns and wishes.

Perfect employee. Perfect customer service. On Friday September/22/2023, AT&T associate name "Ryan"was really helpful and knowledgeable of what he doing.He even allowed me to used his personal cell phone to resolve the problem.Great service, Great Communication, Great representation for AT&T at this Boylston St store in Boston. Went into the store and waited for half an hour. The person didn’t even try to greet the customer and just pretended didn’t see me sitting there until I talked to him. I asked if I could transfer my phone number to the other family plan and he said we don’t do it in the store you have to do it online. When I showed him the webpage, he didn’t even want to help and walked away. I was added to a family plan three years ago at the same location so I am not sure why the staff didn’t want to help. Just because you are short of staff on Sunday is not a really a good excuse. Really bad customer service today!

I had to pick up new phone this week. I wasn’t looking forward to it; as it’s always been a long process. I was promptly met by Loiuie who was happy to help. He was kind, thoughtful, and efficient. He listened to what I was looking for and was able to get me exactly what I needed. The entire process was seamless and quick. I’ll definitely be back for any needs I may have in the future.
