I had an excellent experience with this location and with the young gentleman Anndy. From the moment I walked in Anndy was welcoming, knowledgeable and sincerely interested in helping me. He took the time to hear my needs and preferences, and made the entire process a breeze. I highly recommend Anndy to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. Will certainly be looking out for him for future visits. A five star experience all around!

If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely rude and incompetent people who work here. All they do is try and push you out of their store so they can go back on their phones and be useless. They also like to close before the listed 7pm because why not I guess. Don’t go here if you need help. You won’t get it.

This is not an ATT coperate store, but a retailer. So they are not technitians to solve problems, but instead salespersons that sell you plans or phones.

The laziest store ever. One time, the representative didn’t want to help at all and shooed us away with some lame excuse. Today, we’re here at the store again and it’s closed in the middle of the day. Why does this store exist if you don’t want to help customers?

Stopped by there last Saturday at 3:00 pm-ish. Waited 15 minutes until I saw a sign from the UPS store next door saying “we are not AT&T, don’t ask us about AT&T store…different business…” like that. It tells me all. No one there. Just an empty water bottle at the counter. Seems like same employee everyone is talking about. Fire this guy!

On June 4th I went to the AT&T store to get a new phone and had an uncomfortable experience. The employee (the same one mentioned in all the recent negative reviews) was calling his friends when I walked in the door and proceeded to call them multiple times while completing my transaction. Other events that occurred during my transaction include:
1. Two of his friends showed up and began blasting music from the display speakers
2. He ignored or was otherwise unhelpful to two customers who came in during
3. He contradicted himself multiple times about whether I would get a better deal trading my phone in or not for my upgrade
4. He demonstrated romantic interest in me and continued to ask for my personal phone number to text me, not complete the transaction, multiple times after I had already declined
5. He insisted my transaction would not be finished until I gave him my phone number which made me extremely uncomfortable
6. After I unwillingly gave him my phone number, he asked me where my car was parked which made me even more uncomfortable
I reached out to AT&T customer service to address this issue to no response, which makes me even more upset with the business. It’s ridiculous and highly unprofessional how these interactions are being handled. Stay away from this store if you can help it.

I wish I could've put 0 stars but it won't let me.
The employee dindt even acknowledge when we walk in. He was busy listening to music and talking on the phone. Very rude, didn't want to help. He literally walked to the stockroom to hide from us. We only asked a question and all he could say was call them.
WISH I COULDVE SEE THE EMPLOYEE NAME.

I had a meeting with the manager of the branch at 16:05 on Tuesday, June 18. First of all, although the store's closing time was 7, the doors were locked and the store manager was inside looking at his phone. After I waited outside and called the store, he spared his valuable time and opened the store door for me. My problem was about canceling my automatic payment and wanting to start automatic payment again. Unfortunately, he did not help by taking an unprofessional and disrespectful approach and laughed as if it was a funny situation and said that he could not help. So I said I wanted to talk to the authorized person and he said that he was the authorized person. I will now transfer my line to another operator. I have never seen such rudeness before, it is a disgraceful service. I hope my experiences will help you with your choices. I do not recommend it to anyone. Never.
