This is Jan 4th Thursday 2024 at 11:50am. I am extremely disturbed that your employee told me to go back to my country just becasue I didn't know how to park in the alley next to the Allsotn store. Like really? 1) it's none of his business 2) what does knowing how to park have to do with deportation? Did I violate any kind of immigration rule? 3) Why did he even assume that I came from another country? I can't be born here? Like what kind of ignorant brat is he.When i confronted him at the store, he yelled and tried to kick me out and told me not go back to the store becasue that was his store. ( check your own store camera). Okay, I won't go back, becasue why? I was just trying to get his name and make a formal complaint. And with this kind of customer service and social ineptitude, why should anyone go back anyway?Definitely making a BBB complaint. Everyone should avoid going to this store or use AT&T that hires racist brat. Can’t believe that this still happens in 2024. Educate your employee about racism or at least teach them some social etiquetteI wish I can give this store negative star rating.

Its the employee. All the reviews say it. He was terrible. He didn't wear a name tag and I assume it's because if we knew his name he might have to actually be decent. Was very succesful at being completely unhelpful.

My experiences here have consistently been terrible. To be blunt, the staff's behavior is appalling. They seem more interested in their phones than assisting customers, especially the employee in the black hoodie with the blue jeans. When I approached him for help, he blatantly disregarded my request and insisted it was my fault and that he couldn't do anything. I presented documents to prove my case, but he continued to ignore us and wandered around as if we were invisible. After dismissing us, he resumed his phone, browsing social media and laughing. I'm at a loss for words about this level of customer service. It's clear that AT&T needs to seriously reevaluate its customer service training for its staff.

Devonte did an amazing job! My phone was messed up when I had Verizon, and he helped me fix an e-sim and connection issue. He was very patient and helpful. I highly recommend Devonte and the Allston store!

Worst customer service. They don’t even care to speak to you properly and explain their options. I wanted to shift from T mobil to AT&T with a line of 5 people and they don’t even care to give time and were very very rude.Do NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. You will feel like they are doing some favor by even talking to you.

Called and had a couple of questions about my phone situation. Shaniece was the one who was assisting me. She was very patient and very knowledgeable. I asked for her advise a couple of times and everything she included was really helpful. It's tough to get good service sometimes and over the phone ? Forget about it. Not with Shaniece, very respectful and helpful woman. If you need help I'd recommend asking for her! Thanks again Shaneice, you're a boss.

Never step foot in this store if you respect yourself and your time. Employee was clueless, rude, and even disrespectful to the customer before me. I had gone in to ask a very simple question and received nothing but the words “I don’t know” for 5 minutes. Had 0 interest in helping me out. Worst customer service interaction I have ever had.

PLEASE DO NOT VISIT HERE. I visited here recently and this morning shift male employee literally sped me through the process, didn't tell me all my options and I ended up with my old phone with a more expensive plan. I asked him if another option was available getting my new phone while I was getting my new plan, he said yes. ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS.
