Mark and Montrez are two of my favorite receptionists at Ava because they are always smiling and wishing us the best! Mark even helped my mom today when she was locked out. Nicole also resolved a residence app request literally within 15 minutes of submitting it. Meg additionally honored our original price for the unit of when we were touring Ava. Genuinely, everyone who works here is super considerate of our safety and comfort and I love how the team dynamic is very cohesive! The workers are diligent, welcoming and humble with their intelligence. I couldn’t recommend this place more and wish I could give this review six stars instead of five!

Where do I start when it comes to Jenifer. She is an amazing human being, a kind soul that just wants to help people. She is such an great addition to the Theatre district team and is always smiling when you see her. She always is there to help or just even listen if you need to talk about something. I know for a fact her old avalon staff miss her but know that they sent diamond to help Theatre District. Theatre district is beyond lucky to have her.

We hosted an event here (we are a dog-walking/pet-care company and we were hosting a "yappy hours" party for residents and their dogs). The AVA T.D. staff kept great communication with us and were EXTREMELY helpful in hosting our event. The turnout was great and we got to get to know some new and familiar faces and answer questions about our services for a lot of people. People had a great time mingling and socializing with each other and their dogs. We just want to thank the AVA Theater District team again for such a great opportunity!

My toilet has flooded 6-8 times in the last year, with multiple gurgling and water splashing everywhere. While the maintenance person had always come in and taken care of it timely, AVA had not taken any steps to prevent this from happening again. They did not have any compensation to offer or what not, despite my multiple emails - which they are pretty slow to response. This is ridiculous considering the very high rent. Please do better.

I moved into AVA Theater District about a month ago and so far, so good! Everyone at the leasing office and concierge have been very helpful with any questions and packages I may have. I've only had one brief interaction with maintenance, but he was extremely helpful and polite. I also appreciate the 24/7 concierge who are on alert for any non-residents that enter the building.

Lived here for 3 years. Beautiful building with amazing views of Boston, an awesome gym and rooftop deck, and great community. Lots of young working professionals and Tufts Dental/Medical students. Concierges all very friendly and helpful. Packages well organized. Maintenance was very responsive and fast.Biggest complaint was management. For sometimes months at a time, certain elevators would be broken, leaving 30 floors of residents to use only 2 elevators. Also very inflexible regarding inane issues. For example, despite my policy clearly stating that it covers spouses, they wanted me to purchase another policy explicitly with her name on it.Overall though, very great living experience and fond memories here.

We have had a pleasant stay at AVA for over a year. The concierge, leasing office and maintenance team are all wonderful and super helpful. Our maintenance requests are almost immediately handled for example today we has Alex who stopped by within minutes of us putting in a service request. He followed the mask mandate, took necessary precautions and patiently explained to us that he and his team will be happy to stop as many times as needed for any other maintenance requests in the future.

Jen is literally the best to work with. I have lived in several full service buildings in Boston and Jen could not have been more attentive. She was kind, responsive and genuinely cared that we found an apartment to call home. Thanks again for all your help!

THIS REVIEW IS ONLY ON ACCOUNT OF ONE CONCIERGE EMPLOYEE CHRIS!Chris, who is new working here, is the most incredible human and employee ever! He is so friendly, helpful, thoughtful, and hard working. He always greets me with a warm welcome, saying "welcome back to AVA," opens doors for me, presses elevator buttons, remembers my name, and genuinely asks how I am doing. If I could give him 10 stars, I would! I am so pleased with this addition to the team and AVA should definitely reward him for his hard work accordingly and hire others like him in the future because I have never received close to this level of care in this building before in my two years living here.Chris, if you're reading this, thank you for your hospitality, kindness, and hard work!

The maintenance group at the Ava are phenomenal! Jose and Miguel are amazing and so helpful! The front desk has such friendly people like Jon and the leasing person Meg are top notch!

This community was an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything was so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered amenities that most communities did not

Updated:Thank you for making the changes!Original:AVA has room for improvement.1. I left my clothes at the concierge for dry cleaning Sunday afternoon. A driver stopped by at around 11am on Monday and was told that I didn't drop off my clothes. 2. I almost never receive notifications for my packages. They are frequently delayed when I receive them and I keep receiving the reminder for something I already picked up. 3. Something else trivial

Had an apartment issue and AVA’s community consultant Meg was extremely helpful with it. She was so friendly and nice to work with and I do not usually write reviews but needed to spread the good word about her!!
