Who knows about the luggage yet, but I went in tonight and had a great experience. I didn’t catch his name but on my receipt it said cashier 001172. He helped me pick out a new bag quickly and efficiently and got me in and out in less than 5 minutes. No upselling BS, it was great. Wish more salespeople were like him.
