I went there today and Jullien took care of me. He was extremely helpful, polite, and friendly. He addressed all of my questions and concerns (and I had a lot of them) without any hesitation. Also, he made sure that we don’t leave without having all of our issues completely resolved. This is one of the best experiences that I had at any Bofa centers in MA. Also, Michael, the manager and the associate manager in this location were extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend that you book your next visit at this financial center!

I tried calling this bank two days in a row and the phone was never answered. I just wanted to check to see if this was one of the branches that carried temporary cards before i wasted time in their always long and slow line on my lunch break. Its simply outrageous that they don't answer their phones..

This branch needs new management, this is ridiculous; they NEVER answer their phones-ever-they're too "busy" no they're not too busy every hour of every day. Recording directs you to app for in person appt scheduling and guess what? This location is SO busy there are NO available appointments ever, that's right -EVER- according to the app. Had to go thru Rhode Island customer service to make appt here and it's today but impossible to cancel because I CANT GET THROUGH TO ANYONE so the "manager" can wait and wait till the cows come home because I'm not going. Worst customer service. UGH.

While my experience with BoA is positive, in general, this branch is very bad due to the 'human factor'. Thus, think twice before going here because slow and poor service is guaranteed.

Hi, I want to say I never rate or review anything, but a certain someone at this location really deserves it. The name of this employee is Myky, the customer service she provided was absolutely fantastic. Her and I had a great conversation; she made the process occur seamlessly and quickly. overall a great experience Thanks Myky.

Customer service here is at an all time low. I went in. Requesting a very simple two minute help, the person manning the desk was too busy to help saying he has appointments coming in. I Literally could have been out before his appointment go there. Very disappointed and thought people should be aware.

I don't understand why BOA can't do a simple fix and replace a debt card that was lost. You go to the teller and they direct you to the people at the desk. The person at the desk is "too busy" at the time for a simple fix. I just wanted to be able to access my account and plenty of branches have done small quick tasks like this before without trouble.
