I went to this brunch and I was going to withdraw some money. The agent who was helping me happen to be the assistant manager named Lorin Shkreta. He told me where did I got all the money in my account because I had a large amount in my checking account. He racially profiled me by asking inappropriate questions like how earn my money event though I verified and he saw where the deposits are coming from. He told me he couldn’t give me the money at the moment with no clear explanation. I was late for an appointment so had to leave. The minute that I left he put my whole account on freeze. I called the bank and they told me there was one agent reported fraud in my account. This effected my for tow day that couldn’t buy any thing with my card.

I walked in to simply request an envelope! And the idiotic bank teller kept trying to convince me to start using my Bank of America account. I left that building stunned. It is not possible for a bank to be this bad

The worst experience ever. I was going to make a transaccií³n for a friend of mine in Chicago and just because I don't have an account with Bank of America I was not able to do it in cash. AND YES THOSE kind of stupid things that bank does is why I WILL NEVER GONNA OPEN AND ACCOUNT AGAIN WITH BANK OF AMERICA.

A line of 8 people at 230 on a Thursday in the financial district is beyond disorder. Management needs to improve there big time. Only 2 tellers both of whom took breaks at the same time, and only one desk banker with no available appointments.

If you have the misfortune to be a BofA client like me, you know the drill with this branch - standing in line 10 mins behind 1 customer doing a lengthy transaction with only 1 teller working while 5 other people in suits are in plain view acting busy but doing nothing with clients. This company has no understanding of customer care at a systemic level. They do nothing to help you, and frustrate you at every turn with simple transactions then they think trotting out a branch manager to tell you how much they "appreciate your loyalty" somehow makes it right. My teller is a very nice older gent and I just saw some young kid in a suit come back to speak to him incredibly disrespectfully. Meanwhile the line behind me as swelled to 3 grumbling clients while two staffers in suits stand doing nothing. One just walked up to them all and greeted them, then walked away. Hilarious. This greeting thing must be a corporate initiative to improve service. Cue eye roll.

I went to Bank of America because of two reasons: it's the bank I have my checking account with and because it's across the street from my work. Long story short - I went in to inquire information in regards to an international transfer (wire). The manager or assistant manager gave me all the information I was looking for or at least I thought so. When I was about to send the info I noticed there was no account number even though she told me she gave me everything I needed for a money transfer. How can you not give me the account number??????????? IS IT A JOKE?? I don't know what she was thinking but thank God I noticed the account # was missing..

This is my favorite Bank of America branch in Downtown Boston. The people that i've interacted with here are always fast AND efficient. They give you the feeling that they actually like their jobs and the people that they work with on a daily basis. Wish they didn't have to close so early on the weekdays though!. I think they close at 4pm? But other than that, this is the branch to go to if you're looking for SERVICE.
