Nobody at this BANK OF AMERICA speaks English, hire an English speaking associate I'm done dealing with unhelpful chinks and guks.....they're policies are inconsistent and they don't understand what jr or sr means in a name. The whole staff needs to go back to their countries of they can't help AMERICAN BORN customers at BANK OF AMERICA, I asked the manager a question and he stared at me with a blank face and didn't say a word, unacceptable for anyone working customer service to ignore a customers question or to not know enough English to answer, either way fire him, they're employees make mistakes and then when you go back to complain the manager asks you who helped you.....LIKE I CAN TELL ANY OF YOU APART. SOMEONE AT BOA CORPORATE PLEASE FIRE THE MANAGER OR HIRE ONE ENGLISH SPEAKING ASSOCIATE TO HELP YOUR AMERICAN CUSTOMERS and who understands American names because the current manager here does not

I have an extremely late lunch compared to everyone else working in the financial district so it's a major pet peeve for me when I go into the bank (or any other establishment) with only 1 person ahead of me at 2:30PM and come 2:55pm I'm still not being seen. A banker addressed me and informed me that I'd be helped shortly. After having spent half of my break sitting around BOA waiting, I was pretty annoyed especially when he told me that what I wanted to do (which was dispute a fraudulent transaction due to that whole Target scandal) they would be calling the same UNHELPFUL hotline that I had previously dealt with which he estimated would take a minimum of 15 minutes that I did not have so I left. If you just need an ATM or a teller, you should be in and out. Need a personal banker? Carve out at least 40 minutes or forget about it!

Don't get me wrong, bascially I don't like big banks and B of A is not exception. They lose money making stupid loans then take it out on regular people. With that said, if you look with an open mind, you can see they are trying to get better. At least they are trying.

I think it's funny that people review banks. I'm going to try it. A long time ago, I let my parents hold my money. Then I moved onto a piggy bank. After that, I used the top drawer of my dresser. Then there was a point when I just didn't have any money. And finally I put my money in a bank. I choose Bank of America for no good reason. That's not to say I'm disappointed by the decision. Bank of America is pretty good. They hold my money and in exchange gave me a checkbook and a bank card. I can use either of these to take out or spend the money that they're storing for me. I'm not sure what they do with the money in the meantime or where they even hold it physically. But I can get it whenever I want. Well, that's not true. I can get all of it when they're open. At night or on the weekends, I can only get a certain amount of my money. That seems unfair, but it's a good thing. If I want to take out all of my money at 10 pm on a Saturday night, it probably means I'm being robbed, someone I love is being held for ransom, or it was a crazy weekend and I've become a crackhead. So thanks for holding my money and saving me from myself! Unless of course the kidnappers kill my loved ones because they didn't want to wait until you open on Monday morning. In that case, damn you, Bank of America. Damn you to hell.

It's your typical branch of BofA. There are three ATMs, should probably have more but the line can move fairly quickly depending. Also the space they have doesn't allow for it. Two are check friendly and one cash transaction only. The staff inside are good. I went in to deal w a CC issue and the lady was very helpful and efficient.

Well, I've finally returned to the dark side. I swore off BOA 4 years ago when they charged me a bazillion dollars with sneaky overdraught charges and wouldn't reverse any of them. But now thanks to the awesome new law saying banks can't charge sneaky overdraught charges, I'm back on board. The motivation for this lies entirely on my current bank's complete lack of tech friendly anything. BoA makes it painfully easy to manage your money on line, from your phone, and at the cash eating ATM's. This branch is small, so it can get crowded if you hit it at the wrong time, but the people here are the least d-baggy you can ask for at a bank. They are all pleasant, and the one time I had a major crisis involving a shitty landlord and a canceled check, they did EVERYTHING they could, to make sure I was taken care of, and that the check would not clear. They know me by name, and are always happy to see me. But don't think they are off the hook yet. We'll see how it goes this time around before I take them back for good.
