You can't call this a "banking center" if there's no teller on duty in the middle of a weekday. Went in at 1:05pm today (Thurs) and was told that the teller would be back at 1:40. Thanks, can't wait 35 mins to make a deposit. Why isn't this just an ATM?

There's a woman working here who happens to be working every time I use this branch of the bank, and she obnoxiously tries to get me to sign up for credit cards when I'm only coming in to order checks (or whatever other service I need) on my lunch break. I have two BOA credit cards already. I'm not interested, and I generally don't have the time to chat with her about it. Seriously rude and pushy. I use plenty of other BOA locations, and the other ones know how to provide services I need without trying to upsell me all the time.

Been using them for my business accounts needs. Very poor service and absolutely no follow up. Folks there are very unreliable. And trust me there is no such thing as a "quick dropping by the branch", the easiest thing always takes at least an hour.

Atm located in the middle of east boston near the old tolls not too bad watch your back though.

Customer service is not important to this branch. Marketa is consistently not helpful, when other branches actually do their job and try to serve the customer. If I only went to this branch and had no other options, I would switch banks in an instant. BOA would be better off shutting this branch down.
