This particular location is very poorly run. Diana Springer-Galloway is one of the rudest people to work with. She is unable to handle any issue and will pass responsibilities and ownership of a problem.

Do not deal with this bank... They're the rudest people i've ever met.. I use the ATM machine with my e.B.T card. It tried to spit the card back out but it got stuck In the machine.. I went to customer service.. The lady was so rude to me.. Then told me I had to order Another Card.. She told me she had the key.. But I could wait until She was done with the customer. So I waited Fifteen minutes. She ended up not doing it. Tell me to get a new card Wasted my time.. Yelling at me in front of all the customers.. They said that they are there to help the customers.. Not at that bank.. Customer Be aware.. They used to miscout my Grandmother's Money. All the time.. She used to always Catch it in time before she left.. Do not Use this bank.. they don't even Deserve one star... They need to review their employees..

Terrible place for any banking needs. Line gets huge because one person is at the front while everyone else is in the back.Pick and choose who they want to help. For example Spanish folks helping Spanish folks pulling out of line to assist them and leave everyone else to wait. Not sure if there’s a shortage of staff for this location but if it’s not effective should close down location since it doesn’t seem to help anyone who comes inside. Literally a 2 minute transaction takes 20-30 mins waiting in line.

If there are only 2-3 people in line, it will take you 45 minutes to see one of the tellers. Do better.

It's is currently July 3rd and it's 3:30 pm. There are 16 people in line and im number 7. I've been standing here for 35 minutes and moved up one space. There are 4 people behind the counter and only 1 is helping customers. Any day of the week and any time of the day this is the situation and it's not fair. You'll have elderly people struggling to stay standing and the managers will stand there chit chatting instead of jumping behind the counter and help get the line down. What the hell is going on?

The Customer service is great. But they are always short staffed, with a line out the door everyday. It doesn't matter what day it is. There is a line out the door. It's an hour and half to see a teller. They need to hire more ppl. I literally hate going inside to this bank. They closed the roslindale bank so everyone comes to this bank. Bank of America can u please hire more ppl.Reply to owner response: I was literally in there because I forgot my pin to my debit card. Something the manager took 45 seconds to do. But she kept telling me she can't talk to me. Because she was helping other customers. Just walking around and asking ppl what they needed help with but did nothing to help them. And was being rude to me and 3 other customers. Her name is Diana Springer. Very unprofessional. And she walks away from ppl when ppl r trying to talk to her. I literally hate going to that bank. U really need to hire new people. End of story. Do better.NEED TO FIX THE DRIVE THRU ATM!!! ONLY TAKES 2 BILLS AT A TIME!!! I REALLY HATE THIS SPECIFIC BANK AT THIS LOCATION. SMH.

I had an EXCEPTIONALLY good experience, thanks to Relationship Banker, Cynthia Tordzro, in Hyde Park, MA. She made my wire transfer a reality. I became a home owner and got a retirement home instantly! Thanks

Worst customer service. 12 people, 1 teller. Every time and when you get to the window they complain about helping, ask for quarters and they will try to make excuses to get some.Managers walk by and don't care about helping people.Have seen many old ladies standing in line for 1hr+

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE THINGS TO DO. THEY ARE ALWAYS SHORT STAFFED AND THEY ALL WORK AT A SNAILS PACE. THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING IN LINE FOR ALMOST 30 MINUTES THEY JUST WALK RIGHT PAST YOU.

Always a huge line & 1 teller trying to help everyone. It's insanity. Also the hours this bank is open is ridiculous...10 to 4? Where are all the tellers? It shouldn't take an hour to make a quick run to the bank. Stop replying with the same generic apology bc people aren't happy & do better

9/26/22 Went to the Hyde Park Bank of America (BOA) 10:15 AM and the line for the 1 teller was 9 deep and the Bank customer Rep area was 4 deep so I just left. Interesting news: 5/4/22 NYTimes and CBSNews both report BOA fined $10 Million; 9/12/22 Reuters report BOA fined $5 million, both of these fines are for separate reasons; Finally Bloomberg news reports BOA fined $225 for deceptive practices in Card program. All 3 are public knowledge on the internet. Is this why while I closed my account in July 2022, I keep getting bank statement notifications and when I call I continue to be on hold with Customer Service and the Fraud unit for well over 45 minutes and then a message comes on that BOA cannot handle the volume of calls and hangs up. I just want to be completely free of BOA, but they won’t answer calls or resolve the issue why I keep receiving statement notifications and my accounts has been closed since July 2022.

Homeless guy was yelling at people directly outside.'security gaurd' was struggling to stand up and move about.always a 10 person line that'll take an hour to sit through no matter what you need.Alot of entitled customers who think they are indeed 'the shït' and deserve so much better and make it everyone else's problem.Typical Hyde Park Behavior
