I had a disappointing experience two times at this store. As soon as I walked in, the employees at the cash counter were too busy gossiping instead of helping customers. They looked at me but made no effort to assist, making me feel ignored and unwelcome. Customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I hope management takes steps to improve the staff’s professionalism. Definitely not the experience I expected.

I had a very unpleasant experience with their customer service. The staff was rude and unprofessional, showing little patience and even acting aggressively. Instead of helping, they seemed irritated and unwilling to assist. Customer service should be about solving problems, not making customers feel uncomfortable. Very disappointing!

Stinks in the shop, the workers are creepy and speak loud, they have Ukrainian goods, however workers speak in russian 😑

i would put 0 .. used to be good russian and mediterranean products but now it has bad products called Israeli products and replaced his good items ..

Beware that this store doesn’t inspect their produce regularly. Twice, I have purchased blueberries that ended up with mold in the middle.
Update: Since posting this review, I have found mold on grapes and bread purchased from this store. I am very concerned about their food handling practices.

It's great for Ukrainian, and Russian food, which I love. Great variety in cakes, all of which are delicious and I highly recommend. The Deli is packed full of smoked treats and pickled fish. I highly recommend the syrnyka and the birch juice. Don't expect anything from the service though, they don't seem particularly enthused to interact.

Over 30 years in US, I just forgot the Russian ways. You put your groseries on the belt and then you pay. Right? Wrong. You have to read the check. I didn’t. My wife did when I bring it home. They just scanned a few things twice, so I paid over $30 extra. Indeed, you can move a cashier from Rissia, but you can’t move Russia from a cashier.

Favorite place to shop Russian food. Half sour pickles, olivier salad in deli, frozen tart cherries, store's own eclairs, selection of rye breads, canadian all star kvas soft drink, poppyseed roll only by Brooklyn NY Kiev Bakery and Kiev Bakery frozen layer cakes is what I am there coming for!

I Was On Bazaar Cambridge Street At 3:00 PM. It Was Very Busy Today Than Usually Due To Discount Day To Which I Respect And Understand. I Was In A Line For 10-15 Minutes And By The Time My Turn Came To The Counter I Couldn’t Find My Tomatoes ? Bcoz I Left It On The Tomato Shelf Itself. By The Time Lady On The Counter Could Wait For Just One Second As I Said Just Hold A Moment I’ll Get My Tomato Bag Which Was Not Even A Second Or Moment She Took SomeBody Else Starter Ringing In The Register To That My Knowledge That Lady Got No Patience She Started Threatening Me She’s Not Gonna Ring Me Up And Started Screaming On Me Upon Complaining The Big Manager Who Hell Doesn’t Care The Regular Customer Comes EveryDay So They Do Understand But If They Gets DisRespect, DisAppointed, Mis Situations No Customer Would Like Or Honour It. Big Manager Says We Are Busy I Said I Respect And Understand But That Doesn’t Mean That You Couldn’t Wait Even A Second With No Patience That Lady Needs To Be Fired And Manager Needs To Help The Customer Being Right You Can’t Cheat One To The Another. So Disgusting She Was As Well As The Big Manager Who Doesn’t Care About The Business Or Their Regular Customers.. WhoaoW!!… Very Very Bad….

A rip off on spoiled produce. Strawberries covered in mold in a day, got charged twice for a nasty smoked over-salted salmon fat as I’m looking at the receipt. Never again! There are more affordable grocery stores that sell half-spoiled stuff. Ie Daily Table.

I wouldn't use this store for all my groceries, but they have some real good things that Baza in Needham doesn't. German feta cheese is delicious. Chicory tea. Fruits are real, which is why they get moldy in a day (this is in response to another comment). Bakery is real and good.
