Great sound quality, even in the back where I was sitting. However, the doors to the venue are extremely loud and the ushers weren't stopping people from entering mid-song so it was a bit distracting with them opening and closing constantly.

Came here to watch the Gospel Extravaganza. The show did not disappoint. And even from the 2nd balcony, my view was great and the sound was clear. I'll definitely look for an excuse to come back.

I made the terrible mistake of not buying my ticket early. Ended up in the second balcony left, row W. I’m so mad I paid money for this seat. I literally could not see any part of the stage except the right edge (see photo). Ended up going in and out of the theater just so I could see a little of the show on my way in and out.
And as others have said, the seats were made for children. I’m 5’4” and 125 lbs and I was cramped. I don’t know how you would manage if taller or bigger.
Awful experience.

If you want attendees to park at prudential parking garage then announce during the performance that validate the parking tickets. Looks like they make money on parking too.
Pay for the performance ticket and $46 for parking which was expensive than NY city.

Nice people... access to public transportation and when the show is over it doesn't take 30m to exit!
