Like everything else, started off great. You are not a “Patient First” at this pharmacy (unless you deal directly with the manager who is a kind, competent, gentleman). Without his assistance you are just a number. None of the staff I have dealt will take an extra step to help. Very unfortunate, when this pharmacy started it was the best. Now it’s more like a Walgreens.

Second time my meds got dropped off and I got no notification! This time it’s been sitting in heated hallway since Monday and when I called about it Trish insisted I was notified made excuses I called on Monday to confirm delivery and was told carrier had not picked up was due to arrive Tuesday the 9th before 5pm. To just find out today it was delivered Monday all ice melted and meds are not useable. Worst customer service when you call and lack of consistency with delivery confirmation! How do you take a pic for office that you delivered but don’t contact the patient to notify when and where. Such unprofessionalism.

MY DOCTOR ACCIDENTALLY SENT ONE OF MY PRESCRIPTIONS TO THE WRONG BETH ISRAEL. I HAD A VERY EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE EXPERIENCE AT THE PHARMACY WITH A FEMALE WITH A HIJAB AND ACNE, NEVER AGAIN!!!
