I’m surprised at the previous ratings I was referred to this tax service to Shirley prior to giving my taxes she knew what I needed and said she could do them fast forward to the ready date she gave me they were still not done I had to reach out to her several times she does not return calls then she called my phone left a voicemail for a Richard it took almost 3 weeks for her to complete less than half of the work I needed her to do everything she said she would do she did very unprofessional never again will I do business here

My mother has been coming here for years up until the last two years Rose Staram has been doing our taxes and my family taxes a bit funny. She came to do her taxes early march and still have not gotten anything back. If you pay $160 for someone to do your taxes and their response is to contact the IRS and figure it out, why am I paying you $160 to ask the IRS what you did wrong on my tax paper work??

If you want to a dishonest tax preparer I highly don't recommend coming here. They have screwed over my tax returns and found a lot of errors in them that now I have to deal with the IRS once they open up. Would love go into detail but would avoid seeing Rose if you dont want your taxes ever

This family own establishment has been doing our family taxes for over 20 years great customer service just beautiful people to work with. All of their tax accountants are brilliant in do an excellent job with your taxes

I don't know why it took me so long to write this review, I obviously got screwed. But since I don't know much about taxes, I assumed it was normal. But friends and family assured me that it wasn't. After having my taxes done, I felt pretty confident that everything was done well. Until a month or so later when I got a bill in the mail saying that I hadn't paid $124 dollars in taxes. I called Blake, but since it was now in the "off season," they didn't return my call until I got a SECOND bill saying that I now owed interest on what I hadn't paid. So I paid on my own and finally received a call like 2 weeks later where they asked for pictures of all the paperwork. I sent them pictures of all the paperwork I received and never got another response. That was in August.

Very difficult to reach. I've tried reaching them for a month now (including going to the business.) Still not even a return call as of yet! Are they even still in business? No one is ever there and no one ever answers the phone.
