Beautiful store and white glove treatment! Becky. the Sisley Rep., was one of the best I have ever had. She was passionate about her craft, was truly interested in making sure I had an incredible experience and gave me LOTS of samples lol.

I always go here for facials, and you can easily book online. I had a great facial with Bermarie - I highly recommend. Bluemercury is also a great store for products, whether that's skincare, makeup, etc. I've had great experiences here and I've been here multiple times!

had a Fast Blast Facial with Lynne Elle. it was a real treat. Came out feeling so much better and my skin glowed. hoping the glow lasts but it was a really great experience and truly felt pampered. thank you. The store was very busy but the were super sweet to me.

Worst customer service ever. I stopped by here last Saturday because I was in town and forgot a couple of my products. Nobody bothered to approach me nor did they offer any assistance. I usually find what I am looking for but in this case I was looking for a travel size item and also a lip balm. I finally went to the register and asked the associate and I was getting the impression she was staring me up and down and judging me. So very rude and ignorant. One of the travel size products they did not carry and the other product is actually discontinued which I today found out myself. Why did nobody offer to recommend a different product ? Cause I guess they cant be bothered. How does an associate that works at Bluemercury not know this ? Whatever I bought that morning was neither of what I was looking for and I returned both items the same day. Why spent money at a store where you get treated terrible and is lacking on customer service.

I had a frustrating customer service experience here. Bluemercury is infamous for horrible customer service online. Perhaps this store is following policy. I would not shop there again. After spending more than 400 dollars on product. Not good.

I went on September 3, 2022 to ask about a cream for scars that I know you sell and the woman who was at the cash register told me with a dismissive look, we don't have creams for scars, you can go to cvs, I am a tourist and I know that you guys sell this cream because in my city I am a customer of your store I felt very badly treated, she didn't even bother to check if she had any option for me, terrible attention.

My last facial was approximately 2 years ago and I had to trust someone during my vacation in Boston. So when I walked into Bluemercury at the Seaport and heard someone mention facial I became curious.?…..Isabella the special esthetician (special because she was) did an incredible job. My face felt radiant and my pores’ were like thank u for getting two years of pollutes out. When I woke up the next morning my face felt so soft and still looked as radiant as it did the day before…Thank you Isabella?

They closed/ locked up 10 minutes early today and then the salesperson made eye contact with me and pretended to not see me. I had one product to quickly refill and would not have tried to stop in so late otherwise but regardless they technically should have been open or had something up to indicate an early closing time.

Just want to give a shout out to Isabella, the amazing esthetician that did my purifying facial today. Highly suggest this location - the spa area is immaculate, smells lovely and super relaxing. Isabella took her time with my facial explaining all the different options and the best treatments for my dark spots. She was attentive and very helpful, and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Definitely felt like a luxurious experience & I appreciated the extra touch of the goodie bag! I’ll definitely be back to this location to try their other spa offerings. Thanks Isabella for making my skin feel so refreshed!

Call before you go, they close early in the evenings.Not an authorized retailer for SkinCeuticals products (I verified with the company), only reason I called is because the sunscreen didn't have an expiration date which is mandated by FDA.Went to return the sunscreen and they charged me for it again, then argued with me about it, only double checking their system after I had to show my bank statement, no apology for mistake or attitude.Can't say this is a professional team.
