Angela Hurley helped me and my roommate find a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. After a quick text exchange, she was able to provide us with options that fulfilled all of our selection criteria. I had a great experience working with Casey Pak at Boardwalk Properties Mission Hill on 1518 Tremont St Boston. She wasn’t the broker I was initially working with to find an apartment, but once we started working together, she was the only broker I wanted to work with. She was extremely diligent in helping me search for an apartment, checking multiple databases daily and suggesting ways to tweak my search when it slowed down. I was never worried I’d miss any possible listings because I knew Casey would send me all relevant listings. She was also accessible, communicative, and responsive to questions throughout the search. She was very speedy when scheduling tours and helping my roommates and I submit application materials to lock down a place. I highly recommend working with Casey! If I need to move again, I’ll be enlisting her help in my housing search.

These reviews raise doubts. It's widely acknowledged among real estate agents that this rental agency in Boston is the least favorable. The owner, a peculiar and profit-driven landlord, prioritizes making money above all else. Their 2.5-star rating on Yelp better represents their business. Opting for a smaller real estate agency owned by a local expert would be a wise decision.
