Amazing! Never thought moving could be like this. I have a large complicated move and they’ve come twice and the crews each time were remarkably good. Quick, determined, thorough, and careful, and everything arrived and was placed as asked.

Fabulous job by Boston Best Rate Movers - efficient, kind, cooperative - everything you’d want in movers, and more. They made everything go super smoothly. Can’t recommend them enough, and must give special kudos to Gustavo, who really took personal care in ensuring that everything was taken care of, especially in response to issues raised. Incredible job, better than I could have expected!

Worst service. Took 10hours to do a 4hour job. Took over 3+hours break. Try to contact the management claim they would get back to me instead block my number the following day. Took more than double the money out of my account.

My movers were fantastic! Bryan and his team were punctual, professional, and efficient. I've had bad experiences with moving companies in Boston in the past but this team was amazing! I would recommend to anyone and will be using them if I move again.

Our movers were incredible! They moved our 2 bedroom apartment down 4 flights of stairs to our moving truck in record time. All of our furniture was wrapped nicely, and they really took care of our things. Would definitely recommend.

I can’t recommend this moving company enough! I did a lot of research and this company came highly recommended; they did not disappoint! Bryan and his team were so quick, efficient, and careful with all of my stuff. They moved me in pouring rain, and even repackaged some of my stuff because the boxes I packed were falling apart. They made moving to a new place an absolute breeze and I will definitely be using this company again!

Gustavo Rosales and Angel helped me moved everything from old to my new place. They were veryquick, efficient, and wrapped fragile furnitures and appliances carefully. Also helped moving things to desired floors following our instructions. We are all super satisfied with them and would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for professional movers!

Dear Boston Best Rate Movers,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my grave concerns regarding an incident I witnessed involving one of your employees.
During a recent interaction at my residence on Park Lane, I observed the man in the photo verbally attacking the concierge in a manner that I found both disturbing and unprofessional. He accused her of being responsible for an elevator issue, which was actually due to a member of the maintenance team. His disrespectful language, including calling her derogatory names, was disheartening to witness, particularly as he is significantly larger in stature than she is. This created an intimidating environment that I believe is unacceptable in any professional setting.
Such behavior should never occur, especially when interactions involve individuals in service positions who deserve respect and professionalism. I feel compelled to inform you that this incident has led me to reconsider using your services in the future, and I plan to share this experience with other residents of my building to ensure they are aware.
Moving boxes from one unit to a truck should be a straightforward transaction, and yet it escalated in a manner that reflects poorly on your company. I urge you to look into this matter, as it has left a negative impression.
Thank you for your attention to this serious issue. I hope to see improvements in the professionalism and conduct of your employees moving forward.
P.S. If I could give you zero stars I would.

I booked Boston Best Rate Movers for unloading help and would recommend their services to everyone. They were very fast and careful with unloading all of our furniture. Were also very affordable compared to other local moving services and had great availability despite me booking the move late. Overall a great experience and completely worth every penny.

Hardest working crew I have ever seen. Boston 3rd floor unit to NY 5th floor unit, both 3BR. Awesome. ONLY problem is 5% service charge using credit card AND they didn’t mention discount for cash. For $6000+ move, that’s a few bucks

Great company. The movers were professional punctual and efficient. The prices were much better than other quotes we received and because the movers work efficiently there were no overages. Additionally, the customer service and scheduling process was efficient, informative and user friendly. I highly recommend.
