We have been using BCM for several years. 5 years ago we had to switch ppty mgt companies and out of the 6 we checked out, BCM won hands down. We have been very pleased. They have had to change managers (retirement) and the new mgr is as good as the old mgr - seamless. Mike Foley runs the business and is experienced, pleasant, tackles the tough issues with ease.
We just had our boiler (& hot water) die suddenly from old age Dec 22. Mike & his team got a new system bought, permitted &installed with heat and hot water back on December 26- unbelievable ‼️

I had the opportunity to work with Ayanna, the property manager at BCM, and I was thoroughly impressed by her professionalism and dedication. During a heating system failure in the middle of winter, Ayanna acted swiftly to address the issue, ensuring residents weren’t left in the cold.
From the first moment I contacted her, she was calm, empathetic, and highly proactive. She immediately arranged for emergency repairs and kept everyone updated throughout the process, which was incredibly reassuring during a stressful time. What stood out the most was how efficiently she managed the situation, balancing the urgency of the issue with clear and timely communication.
Ayanna’s attention to detail and commitment to resolving the problem didn’t stop once the repairs were completed. She followed up to ensure everything was running smoothly and took steps to prevent future issues. Thanks to her efforts, what could have been a frustrating and uncomfortable experience was handled seamlessly. I truly appreciate Ayanna’s hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a property manager who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile.

After my first year in a building managed by Boston Condominium Management, I'm resigning my lease for another 1.5 years. They have been so communicative and supportive with any issues that come up. No matter what the issue is, they make sure to have someone come solve it within 24 hours. They were also super supportive in the moving and lease resigning process. Always feel like I'm in great hands with the team, specifically working with Matthew Groysman, the Director of Management. Highly suggest them for your property management needs.

I'm a contractor and we took a job to change a turbine vent, Katherine Groysman was the person that helped us throughout the whole process of getting into the building safely and actually communicate with us to understand what their problem was. She is really responsive and very professional.

It’s been 2 years since we switched from Peabody Properties to BCM. I appreciate all of the management staff and their online/ live platform to manage all tasks from maintenance requests, paying, tracking condo fees, invoices, statements, generating financial reports and uploading and saving our contracts all in one place for our condo association.

Our tenants and we have been much happier since we switched to BCM! Mike Foley and his team address issues raised by owners and tenants responsively and efficiently! Matthew Groysman works not only hard but also smart. We were impressed by how he resolved problems for us or tenants in a timely and cost-effective way! I have been working with BCM since they took over the management of our building about 12-years ago. As a trustee, they have been the best we ever had and continue to do a great job for the building and it's residents. No task is too large or small for them to tackle. I have since moved out and continue to use BCM to rent my unit and have never had an issue of any kind. Could not recommend them enough!

We have moved to BCM over a year ago to manage our 19-unit condo association in the North End. The property manager assigned to us, Katherine Groysman, has ben outstanding. She has been very attentive to our needs and prompted responds to any and all inquiries. We recently were in need of developing quotes for repair work. Our property manager made recommendations and followed up to ensure the quotes were quickly provided. Additionally, Michael Foley, owner of BCM quickly steps in to cover in the absence of an assigned property manager.

Anonymous to avoid retribution.I rented an apartment through Boston Condominium Management and the experience has been very frustrating.Upon arrival to the apartment on Day 1 of our lease, the apartment was a mess. Food, garbage, clothes and furniture were all left behind by the prior tenant, in addition to dust, dirt and debris.Matthew Groysman was unhelpful. Poor communication and they do not care at all about their tenants, as they manage over 100 properties.I strongly recommend renting elsewhere, this “company” is unpleasant to deal with and I would never rent from them again.
