BFCU was original established in 1948 as a way for Boston Firefighters to support each other finically while ensuring they had access to high quality financial services. Over 75 years later the only thing that has changed is that we now offer our services to first responders throughout Massachusetts. While the Firefighters of the Commonwealth are our roots, Massachusetts Police, State Police and Municipal EMTs can now be a member of the BFCU community.
I have been a member for 40 years. BFCU has always given me the best financial advice. Also, they helped me plan my retirement. I have been retired almost 20 yecars and they have been a tremendous asset the whole time. Thank You BFCU
