Says your open but all calls are going too voicemail! Wish this was the only time i experience this but its not. Looking through the reviews im not the only one. Literally 2 out of 10 calls ever get answered

These people can’t keep loan documents straight. Fail to disclose a ton of information about the loan process. Takes over a week to approve an auto loan and they refuse to give an interest rate ahead of time. Basically you won’t know what the interest rate is until you’re already under contract to buy the vehicle from the dealer even though they have all your info and pulled your credit. These are unfair and deceptive consumer practices. Also, no one here seems to know what they’re doing. Asked for an interest rate numerous times. No one would even acknowledge that we asked. Just kept asking for a purchase and sale agreement.

I've been a customer with this Credit Union for a very long time, I have had good and bad experiences with them. Although there were more bad then good, I have tied to not give a review, however when enough is enough it leaves you no choice. It is clear some of their employees are working from home and still don't want to do their job! Rude Customer service continues! I should not be surprised!

I have applied for a loan two times. When I called one girl was on vacation and then I never received a call or a letter. I removed my fraud and security lock for three weeks and then got a call from the bank I would call and leave it open for 1 week. They never called on my credit check, so I guess they play she gets a loan, he doesn't get a loan. Great business. NOT

Super frustrating to deal with. My boyfriend, who is the primary on the account, added me as an authorized person. We left the bank thinking I'd get a debit card like any other bank. Not only did the representative not give me the form to fill out to receive an ATM card, when my boyfriend went in to get the form it took them 30 minutes to find one to give to him. Insane. 4 months later I have a debit card only to be locked out due to not entering HIS information for the prompts even though there was nothing asking that I give that information instead of my own.
