Buyers beware. Boston Foreign Motors initiated a hard inquiry on my credit report without my authorization. When I raised the issue and requested that they remove the inquiry, the dealership refused to acknowledge the mistake. As a result, I contacted the credit bureaus directly, all of whom confirmed that—based on the disclosures and terms provided—the inquiry was conducted improperly and without valid consent.

I had a great experience at Boston Foreign Motors. Bobby was extremely helpful and quick to communicate throughout the whole process. I was able to go from inquiry to driving off the lot in just three days. When something unexpected came up on pickup day, he immediately ordered the part at no cost to me to make it right. By far the worst car buying experience - from dealing with Bobby , frozen wiper fluid ( Feb purchase) that actually ruined the entire system which they refused to fix, had to stand up/prove $$ owed due to altered paperwork, and then recently find they did t return the special lug nut lock when I had a flat. Upon calling I was told that is my problem. Once again that was Bobby's unhelpful and rude response. NEVER AGAIN will I do any business with them, and I do tell everyone to stay clear.
