Second time at this Location and wasn’t a pleasant one! Had my appt Dec 22! The lady who was at this facility was demanding tip from the customer before me, so rude held the money on air and said $15 no tip ??♀️ I paid with a CC and twice said: Tip! which I was going to give her in cash and ofc one more time you can add the tip! I was so upset that I left!

The lady who does my brows is very kind and does them wonderfully each time. I also appreciate the option to apply aloe gel after.

Clean, easy to book an appointment, very friendly and great service. I think her name was Mana; very efficient and gentle. So glad I found this place, will be coming back for sure.

I absolutely love Ranju and Mana! I did a lot of research before coming over to Boston Threading, and they just exceeded my very high expectations. On top of giving the best service you could ask for, they are also very accommodating. They've received my full trust and a customer for life!

Always walk away with fab eyebrows. If you don’t like it, just let them know. They are super friendly and will adjust until you are content. Mana is the best, she’s there on Mon, wed, and fridays.

Convenient, reasonably priced for location, and great job! I recently moved to Boston and was looking for my new threading place, and I've found it. Eyebrows ($15) looked good and they were friendly & checked to make sure I liked the shaping. The wait can be long on times like a Friday evening when I went, and the space is small but inviting.

Loved this place!!!!! And the ladies are soooo nice! Always making sure you are ok. My skin is very sensitive and she’s always making sure I’m ok. Love them. Ever since I got my eyebrows with them I been having the shape of eyebrows I always wanted. Can’t go back to waxing!!

This is the ONLY place I will go to get my eyebrows done (even before the pandemic). The place is clean and very COVID compliant. The women that work there are always friendly. They double check with me with what I'm looking to get done and if things are looking good. I've had some bad experiences at other places when it comes to my eyebrows. But this place is my favorite and the only place I trust to keep my eyebrows looking like sister and not 4th cousins twice removed.

Amazing every single time! Felt very safe during COVID and booking was flexible. Not to mention my eyebrows look ahhhhhmazing and weren't even red after because she's always that good!
