They said 24 hours but didn't have a car to get me from Logan to an area hotel. Thank you for the response. I have changed my rating to 3 stars due to your response . I understand the shortage of workers and so you know no one else was able to respond!

They have been helping us get our kids around for years and we couldn’t be more satisfied. They are dependable, flexible and personable and even seem to tolerate moody teenagers!

Last minute request and Carlos was amazing! Information as to pick up location and confirmation was received within minutes of making the reservation. Driver was on-time and rate was very reasonable. We will use again!
