Boston's Nail & Spa kills it every time! They have nail techs that are super proficient with complex nail art and charge reasonably, so it's my go to! I just got a simple French tip this time and it was so fast and easy and my nails look great.

To spend $60 in a place that’s not welcoming, noisy, and has old, out of date polishes that need polish remover added half way through the pedicure is a disappointment. The quality of the work was mediocre and it’s all about turning customers quickly. I would never go back. Half rate products and half rate service for an expensive pedicure that will be chipping in a matter of days.

I got my nails done from them for the first time last month. They were very very quick with their services. It’s been 3 weeks now and my nails still look immaculate and haven’t chipped at all unlike other experiences.

Made an appointment for a pedicure, acrylic removal and acrylic full set. Pedicure went just fine. No issues. However when it came time for the full set I was with a different person. Firstly, the technician filed my nails way too low. They are so thin. You can barely tell the difference between my nail and the skin underneath because she filed them so thin. I asked about a nude acrylic base. They only have white which is odd enough because acrylic has been around very long for them to not be up to date. But the real issue is the attitude of the technician. I was asking very simple questions. I asked if she had a picture of how it comes out and if I could do one nail and if I don’t like it just pay for its removal. Both were met with a very shot and hostile “no”. She told me if she did the acrylic for one nail and I didn’t like it she wouldn’t remove the nail. Which is confusing to me because she had just removed the nails that I came in with so clearly it’s possible she just didn’t want to. I was going to stay and get my nails done but I didn’t want someone who was so rude touching me so I paid for my pedicure and found a different salon. I will not be back. Not sure if her name is Serena but that was the label on the file she was using so I would not advise booking with her.

I went to Jenny for dip and nail extensions and she was wonderful!! The best my nails have ever looked. Will absolutely be going back.
