I went here for a structured manicure because all of the reviews were so good. The lady who did my nails told me it wouldn’t look good because my nails were too short and suggested tips. I told her that was fine as long as the weren’t too long. I am so unbelievably upset and disappointed. She was extremely rough with my hands and had about 7 fingers of mine bleeding. She did not stop being rough after my fingers bled and kept putting what I am assuming was alcohol into my open cuts, which hurt very badly. She was squeezing the blood out of my open cuts because they did not stop bleeding the entire appointment. At the end of the appointment she put cuticle oil on top of my open cuts, which I am sure she is using on all clients. The cuts weren’t closed (becuase I was actively bleeding) which makes this so unsanitary and just disgusting!! I will NEVER be returning here. I was crying as soon as I stepped out of the salon because of how badly my fingers hurt. The price I paid isn’t worth the amount of pain my fingers are in and how bad the nail’s themselves look. I wish I could go back and ask for a complete refund becuase of this awful experience I had!

All was going well until the nail technician made a mistake on one of my nails. After I tried to correct her, she took notice to the mistake and said that she would redo the whole nail. I explained to her that I didn’t have time to redo the nail, so I told her that it’s fine but I was not gonna pay for the design on that nail. Then another technician rudely interrupted and said “no, we charge for all nails.” That technician didn’t even take the time to ask me what was going on before they rudely inserted themselves into the conversation. So I let my original technician fix my nail, but when I looked to my left, I saw that a different technician was thoroughly cleaning their clients cuticles, where mine simply brushed some water on my nails and began cutting, a process that took only 2 minutes — which felt insufficient. If that wasn’t enough, I had to point out to my technician more than once that there was something (small pieces of fabric) on my nails, which led to one of them having to be redone again, and the technician had a small attitude when I pointed it out. This all felt like it could have been avoided if the technician took their time, slowed down, and payed more attention to what they were doing, instead of trying to rush through the process . I paid $70.00 just to be dissatisfied. I will not be returning.

Came in at 6pm left at 7pm with a gel-x fullset and pedicure. Will be back in a few weeks since the nails are projected to last a month.

Bryan is fantastic. Not only does he care about your satisfaction with his work, but the overall health of your nails and cuticles. He also never fails to brighten my day with his kindness and humor. I will always go back because of how much care is directed towards my nails.
