The park features green lawns under the highway overpass, with many interesting trees such as magnolia, dawn redwood, Siberian crabapple, Chinese elm, and various oaks and birches, adding to its natural beauty. There are picnic tables and gazebos for sitting and enjoying the outdoors. A library is located within the park, and community gardens are also nearby. For dog owners, there is a separate dog park under the Rt 93 overpass in East Boston, accessible via sidewalks, as dogs are not allowed in Bremen Street Park itself.
