Fast, fairly priced, and kind. This was my first time using movers and it was absolutely worth it. Everybody was very nice as well. They even helped put in my AC unit. Yony and his team are fantastic.

I used this company twice and each time they were exceptional. On time, friendly, professional and fun to talk to. They handled our 5 story walk up with no elevator with ease. They professionally wrapped our big furniture and stored it. I will use them again and have recommended them to everyone I know. Great company!!!!

I got helped by Brighton Moving and Storage when I needed someone to help with a big move. They helped me move from Boston to New Jearsey. They were very polite towards me. tl;dr — Yony and his team are some of the best movers in the city. I’ve used him exclusively for over 15 years, and I refer him to all of my friends and family because he has helped me survive the moving process many times during situations where otherwise my heart would have literally exploded from stress. I cannot recommend Brighton Moving Company enough. They are also a reasonable price for both the moves themselves, and the storage as well.
I lived in Allston for 10 years, during which time there were many apocalyptic moving situations where you need to be out on the 31st, but you can’t move until the 1st, and need storage overnight, and it’s September, so all of the students are blocking the streets and getting Storrowed—every single time, the moves would be worse than I ever could have imagined, and every single time, Yony came in with a team of cardboard and packing tape-wielding angels that totally saved my skin,
This recent time, I was up all night prepping for the move, apartment in complete chaos, heavy rain during my moving window, my crazy finance bro neighbor came up and started threatening me because of the noise (because he’s an entitled crybaby loser)—I took a disco nap, and woke up out of terror and stress, and I felt the same thought that I get during every move: “I am completely screwed—there is no way that anyone could move this disaster-zone of an apartment.” Even worse, there was even a DPW crane blocking a busy Boston street this time, and I missed my two-week window to reserve a spot for the truck to park. I thought I was done for—approaching complete ruinous defeat.
But then! Yony showed up right on time, his two guys were quick and skillful. I must have looked like a corpse. “Hey man, put on some music!” It was a profound and immediate release of chronic stress. Nothing got broke or damaged, my landlord came by and I even got my security deposit back because nothing in the Back Bay apartment got damaged. Absolute deliverance.
I am a total research psycho concerning reading reviews, comparing on Yelp/Google/whatever, rolling my eyes at boilerplate websites and making spreadsheets to compare services—I would never pick another mover. If anyone ever asks—“I know a guy.”

Fantastic!
I had ordered a new bed frame that was hand-carved from Morocco. It arrived on a rainy day and it was dropped at the to front door. I was worried the rain would ruin my new, expensive purchase even though it looked pretty well-wrapped. I’m a single female who lives alone so I wasn’t getting the bed frame up 3 flights of stairs to my apartment, despite me being very independent and usually mcgyverying my way on my own. I called this company. Two men arrived within the hour and saved the day! They unpacked the bed frame which had been secured with wood around the package by undrilling it. They proceeded to build the bed and it looks beautiful! Great service. I would use them again and I recommend them to you.

Highly recommend Brighton Moving & Storage. We are doing renovations to our house and needed to have furniture moved to another floor. Carlos, Yony & Jesus were professional, friendly, and respectful of our furniture and home. They arrived promptly with a can-do attitude. Pricing was fair and reasonable. They can even do painting, sanding flooring and various handyman projects. 5-Star quality work.

This company is great. They offered to help me with additional things with out killing me with charges. Nice people, no damage to any property and they go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect before they left. I highly recommend them for all moving and storage needs.
