Made an appt for 12pm by calling, told them I could take a time that was available and they said it was fine. Upon arrival, woman told me the person who would do my nails was on her way. I offered to come back when she returned, she insisted I stay and she was taking care of a client. She put me on the pedicure chair with water that became very cold and waiting 20min. Did regular mani pedi, that felt rushed even though I was there for close to 3 hours. The woman who was there was kind but they seemed unapologetic about being late.
Place is small, could use a bit of organizing of things to make it look less cluttered.

The best mani- pedi! I always go here - just today, I had a flawless regular pedicure and gel manicure, with gentle, attentive, friendly service. Totally reliable and so convenient to Downtown Crossing .

Their work lasts and lasts. Stands up to beach days well. I'm an artist so hard on nails. Thinking about adding a mani for upcoming events. If anyone can make it last, they can. Large color selection. Inexpensive light waxing: brows, lip, etc. Small place so reservations recommended, but they do take walk-ins.

Sorry but it was a terrible experience. I needed to go and get a polish change (I had nails from another place I go to) and manicure. My first time here as it was my first time in the area and there were two nail salons near each other and I chose here on that street. It was urgent as my former nails were growing out. Needed a change last minute. She just tore my previous nails off with some scraper to save time and didn’t care about the pain. She didn’t even prep hands or soak it to make it comfortable, just tore it straight off dry after asking for my hands. Didn’t use proper cleaning procedure. Towel looked dirty and she used the one at her station already on me after asking me to wash my hands instead of a new towel. She wasn’t wearing gloves either throughout whole experience. Manicure wasn’t good. My nails were painted like a kid. She was in rush and wanted to get to two other clients that had just entered while I was there and you can see it in her work. I noticed the polish wasn’t even properly placed on had small air bubbles in it because she rushed it. It was messy and not clean. She was in rush to get me out of there and made me dry my hands at machine. Never had that kind of experience before. She didn’t wipe the seat and counter properly after me for the next client either. I will never go to this place again.

Bromfield Nails IS open! Lin had a problem with the scheduling app for a while, but that appears to be fixed. A great job, and excellent quality for the price.

Absolutely love this place. A hidden gem on Bromfield. I've been going to lin for over 35 years crazy huh now my son & his girlfriend ( they are 25 yrs ) go now. Prices are extremely reasonable ( like before COVID some places went way up ) I can afford to get everything waxing (full body ) manicure & pedicure without breaking my wallet. It's no thrills for sure ( that how they keep prices down ) but once you go you'll be back for sureServices: Foot massages

In a sea of rip-off nail salons Bromfield provides excellent service, a relaxing experience and good conversation. Can almost always walk in with plenty of availability.

Lynn is a god send that makes you feel like family whenever you're in. I've been a million places for full sets and gel and they do it in a way that looks natural but incredibly high-end. I can't recommend enough. A hole in the wall worth making your dedicated spot a million times over.

Best place to get your nails done! I've been going to Bromfield nails for years and there's nowhere else I'd rather go. Lynn knows how to mix colors to get you the most beautiful combinations. I love a natural, "clean girl" nail style and it always comes out perfectly.
