I've been eyeing card cases for a while, needing to replace my current one, and I dropped in today after having checked out a few that I liked online. I really like to be able to feel and see wallets & card cases in real life--call me old school. There was a short line when I came to the store. There were three other people in front of me, and of course, they hold a strict capacity limit indoors. I wasn't waiting too long before I was greeted by the friendly associate who took me over to the card cases. I immediately saw the one that had caught my eye online, and she showed me that one, along with some others. It's interesting how some that were "meh" for me online looked quite different in the light of the store. I took out my current card case to compare the size, and she suggested that if I was looking for a similar size and slimness, to get the card case that I looked at in the very beginning. I went with the Check Print and Leather indeed! While she packaged a new card case for me, I browsed some other items in the store. The men's section isn't particularly large, although that isn't out of the ordinary for most Burberry stores. That said, there was a variety of men's clothing and a well-placed display of shoes. After a few moments, I paid (after a brief glitch where the card reader was saying my total was only $0.06...I told the associate I would be happy to give her six cents but figured I should probably pay the actual price LOL). She reset the card reader and the real total rang up. I paid with Apple Pay and off I went!

Workers dont know how to do their job drive 2 hours to get a pair of sweatpants for $700 and they forgot to take security tag off and wont even comp me for my time or inconveniences highly recommend not going to this Burberry store

Everybody should go in asking for Evan Chin. He is respectful, very knowledgeable, and a very hard worker. Even though I asked tons of questions, he answered them with a smile. I couldn’t have asked for a better overall experience in a retail store. Even deserves a raise!!!!!

I went to this store w my fiancé yesterday April 14th, 2021 at 1:15pm after our Covid shot. I was disgusted by the way they or an older Asian women treated us especially me being a minority and my fiancé is a white. So this lady just kept on me: As soon as we walked she walked less than two behind me while we looked around the entire store - she kept asking us if we shopped here before several times and then started to ask for our names later. She kept asking if we shop here before and wouldn’t keep social distancing from me. We had to stop and turn around amd leave the store as we we were worried that she would leave us alone or keep a protocol of safe via social distancing. The sad part is that the rest of the snooty employees there didn’t say a thing nor even give a care. Little Do they know I’ve shopped at Burberry dozens of times. Just never at the Boston shops due to their discriminating style. This not the only high luxury shop which has done this. More sad is nobody at @Burberry or retail management will care.
