Having to wait to get into a store that is nearly empty is crazy to me, especially when there aren't any "available appointments" online, but only a "15-20 minute" wait. It's extra frustrating because the staff isn't usually all that friendly or helpful.

I am writing this review on behalf of the excellent customer service we received from your employee Dre at this store tonight. He was attentive, kind, knowledgeable and engaging, it was my daughter’s birthday and he made her feel like a princess.I would recommend asking for him when buying a jacket at the Canada Goose store at the Pru!

The quality of the product needs to be improved, and the exchange service is not well explained. For such a price, it is simply a joke. It is recommended to think carefully before buying

What people are saying online about the poor customer experience in the Copley Place location is not a joke. It is the worst shopping experience you can imagine. This has happened to me more than once at this location. Whoever is in charge of this store should be fired. The staff is arrogant, rude, immature and entitled. Dude, you just work at CG.....don't act like you own the place or could even afford their apparel. Giving people with an iPad at the front door the ability to delay entry into the store in a condescending arrogant manner is ridiculous. I have several pieces from CG but I'm done with them. The same day this happened I went to their competitor Moncler and now have a new favorite coat. I noticed management had made some comments on their business practice last year but gave up responding and lying saying "we value your feedback" and make claims to look into it but do nothing. They can possibly blame it on theft but I must say there are many, many high end stores in this mall which are far more expensive and I've never experienced this business practice before.

I bought a $1500 CG winter coat just a few years ago. The zipper failed. I brought the jacket back to CG because the jacket has a “lifetime” guarantee”. When I got to the store at Copley in Boston, I was told that the zipper is a “wear item” and I was on my own to get it repaired. What part of the coat is NOT a wear item? What could go wrong with a coat, deep into its “life”, that is NOT wear-related?? The lifetime warranty is a joke. I will never buy anything from CG again. I was duped!

Usually I have had a decent experience at the store except their usual waiting period, some times of an hour (to get into the store!!) Last time I went to exchange a coat (size issues) and I had the worst possible experience. The manager (a white lady) was super rude. I had to carry my coat back home because I had fogotten my coat tag, but there are polite ways of telling a customer to do that. She was rude, and dismissive in her behaviour. Since it was an exchange/ return, I didn’t have a choice but to get the tag but she very rudely refused to even hold that coat for that period. My friend, who was accompanying me and I have decided, NEVER to visit the Canada Goose store in Prudential.

The Company claims on its marketing that it prides itself on quality and workmanship to provide more than seasonal clothes, but legacy items. This is the most hypocritical statement when it comes to a defect of their products. The warranty does not exist. I have a "hoody" that the seam under the armpit separated and caused the material to stretch, clearly it is not a pull or caused by anything that was my fault (see pics of defective side and then the other "normal" side) . The warranty process is I have to pay to clean it first and pay to send it back. That alone is laughable but I comply. Then they review it for a week and send me a lovely email back that says they determine that the warranty won't cover it. The irony is they go as far as to say that the product is irreparable. Your workmanship failed and the product can not be fixed so I am out $400. There are plenty of other high end clothing companies that cover cleaning, shipping and returning at their expense. Furthermore, they will replace the items in most cases without an "investigation", because they actually stand behind their products and believe in customer service. Suffice to say I will never buy another Canada Goose product and would advise anyone the same.

They don't answer the phones, they don't return messages left, you go to the store and you have to be put on a list to get into the store event though it's empty. It's a jacket- nonsense.

Whoever is hiring their employees has no idea what customer service is, coming in seems welcoming but the overall experience with the store seem borthering when the employees are chatting amongst themselves when they should be helping out their customers even if they said no by just looking out for them especially for a high end also the attitude was quite rude as well ask them for an opinion on something they act as if they care but they don't like be professional with your customers not all the employees seem to messing about the person at the door who greets will also seem genuine and maybe one other who seem to be taking their job seriously!!

My wife and I came with our little baby daughter at 4 different days and it was always a waiting time of 2 hours!!! The store was not even full! This is a joke…I really loved the brand but if Canada Goose doesn’t need loyal customers I‘m happy to spend my money somewhere else.

Worst customer service.Went in on Wednesday and was there for 30 minutes, during which no representative approached me for assistance or questions. Rather, the sales people were just chatting amongst themselves.Came on Friday, and now it’s a 2 hour wait just to get into the store because “they are busy”. What is the point of the wait if no one helps you once you are inside! This brand is not worth the price given the quality of service.

The store front person is standing in front of an empty store with a tablet making people stand in line for no reason. Fire your staff and hire people who have common sense. The fact that CG has a software on a tablet for making people who want to come to the store stand in line makes me think so much less of the brand. You have no respect for your customers.

Do NOT visit this store. My wife and I love our parkas and are looking to buy a new one. We made the trip to the store with our two little kids as an adventure. When we got there we were told we had to wait 45 minutes to get in. Another family, also with a baby, had already been waiting 40 minutes when we arrived. They already knew what to purchase but they wouldn't let them in. I was appalled and actually felt ashamed to be wearing my Canada Goose after seeing they wouldn't let them in. I asked what the wait was for and was only told "it's to come in". There is no mention of these wait times or reason for it anywhere on their website or Google maps.Shop anywhere else. I'm sorry this is how they treat future and repeat customers. Remember you always have a choice of which brands represent your values.

I had the most wonderful experience with making a remote purchase at the Prudential Center Boston store. I had to buy a stylish urban-looking rain coat for a last minute 2 week (work) trip to Europe. I immediately found one that I loved on the Canada Goose website. (The Salida jacket in black—it’s gorgeous—it looks like a sleek coat you’d find only in a shop in Italy. Definitely not an outdoorsy-looking rain coat. BTW, as noted on the website and in many reviews, you need to size up one size. Usually I’m a small in most coats in most brands. I needed a medium in this coat.) The coat was unavailable on the website in my size, unavailable in all of the Canada Goose shops in my state. An enterprising salesperson at my local store tracked the coat down at the Prudential Center boston store. I called and talked with Sam and she immediately pulled the coat for me, set up an electronic payment with her colleague Sarah, and then I spoke with Lisa to arrange shipping and go over sizing guidance (bec I was worried that the Medium would be too large) and also that the coat would not arrive before I left on my trip. I had the most wonderful experience with all three members of the staff, and Lisa followed up to confirm that the jacket arrived and to see if I loved it (check). I would be inclined to work remotely with the staff at this store because they were so professional, cheerful, and efficient. Kudos to the staff! And thanks for your excellent support.

Lisa was an absolute doll. She went above & beyond to find the perfect jacket for my mom. My mothers the most indecisive person, Lisa stood by her and let her try on as many jackets, colors & sizes til she found THE PERFECT one. Mom was so impressed with Lisa’s customer service skills. We definitely will be back. 100/10 recommend!
