Verve coffee was in the window so I was briefly intrigued.
But inside a full automatic espresso machine served up a watery cortado approximation. If you are looking for coffee, don't bother.

We came to this capital one cafe to sort out a new credit card, specifically to apply for a SavorOne rewards credit card. We were told we would get a $200 cash back for meeting a certain spend as long as we qualified for the card. The person who helped us unfortunately just scrolled through the capital one website for us and read it out loud; basically not telling us anything we didn’t already know from our research prior to getting there. We were told it would be no different for us to apply from home than at the cafe, so we went home instead.
We applied for this card, got approved, met the spend, then were told by capital one’s customer service that they we did not qualify to get the cash back because our credit score was too low (even though we qualified for the card). We were not told beforehand that this would even be an option.
Tl;dr Capital One’s staff are not knowledgeable and their T&Cs are not transparent. Customer beware.

Nice and clean coffee café. I needed an iced coffee because the hotel I was staying at didn't have any. Staff was pleasant, and I received a 50% discount because I'm a Capitol One member.

Terrible service. I went there after Run to Remember on Sunday. Two service girls completely lost. Avoid if possible.

The issue with this place is the cafe is extremely inefficient. On a weekday at 10 am when there is barely any customer, I still waited over 20 minutes for coffee.

This is a cafe in function, barely -- it's more a marketing effort on the part of Capital One than anything else. Definitely not a 5-star cafe. The place was empty when we were there, and the one person present greeted us with: "Are you here for coffee?" It was odd. Then we realized this is a place to sign people up for Capital One services, and there is an 'ambassador' on duty at all times to help with that. If you pay with your Capital One card, everything is 1/2 price.A couple of things worth mentioning: they only have paper cups. So if you are staying to enjoy your coffee, you still have to use a paper cup. And the toilet is always running in the bathroom -- day and night, seven days a week. It would be great if they could get that fixed.

I’ve been a capital one bank user for years and have been to this cafe location twice; I highly recommend. Everyone is nice and welcoming!

A great place to get work done! I stopped by in the morning to take a meeting and was able to snag a room. The cafe is quite spacious, and the drinks are pretty good too. I got the pumpkin pie latte, which wasn't too sweet.

What would I do without this Capital One Cafe in Seaport?! It's one of my favorite places to frequent when I need a bright, serene, and clean place to get work done... like write Yelp reviews ;) Anyone can come in here; you don't have to be a Capital One cardholder to use the space. But as a Capital One Cardholder you're able to access perks like 50% off all beverages (it adds up when you're a coffee addict like myself)! They used to partner with Peet's but have since then transitioned to Verve which I believe is a significant upgrade. My go-to drink has always been a hot vanilla latte with oak milk- call me basic but I like what I like! From time to time Capital One has freebies and goodies for those who stop by. Throughout the years I've accumulated a pretty serious collection of free cups, sleeves, tote bags, lunch boxes, sunglasses, fanny packs, speakers, coffee beans and tea just to name a few. So keep your eyes peeled and stop in! Did I mention it's two floors here?! They have a huge space with small to medium tables and private conference rooms. The floor to ceiling windows here bring in so much natural light; I absolutely love it! I've also never had any issues finding a table here so that's a bonus (although I can't guarantee this as I'm not sure how many of you, after reading my review, are convinced to check them out)!! If I've convinced a lot of you, that's alright because sharing is caring! See you there!
