Awful service and I'm just talking about the cafe. The bank people are great. Today I went in there was a barrista who looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there. Didn't acknowledge the fact I was there. There was no indication of which area you order from so I followed the couple in front of me. I go up to the area the barrista just served too and she said that's not where you order from and walked off. At that point I noticed the other barrista serving a guy who I never noticed. She had been there the whole time in a corner. Lame. At that point I decided to go to Starbucks.

I really love Capital One Cafes! The vibe has always been peaceful and a great place to work away from the office. The White Chocolate Ice Coffee is AMAZING! (Esp with almond milk, lol). And when you're a Capital One card holder, it's the little perks that bring me joy. Half off on your cup of joe is not bad at all!

I ordered Hongkong ice milk tea. The flavor is fine, but what I really loved about this place was the relaxed atmosphere, which is a refreshing change from the hustle and bustle of Chinatown. Unlike many other to-go boba tea places in the area, this café provides a cozy space where you can sit down, unwind and enjoy your drink at your own pace. Highly recommended!

This Capital One Café is smaller than the ginormous one I'm used to in downtown San Francisco ( ) but still perfectly functional and a godsend to those who work remotely. Take a traditional cornerfront bank branch and repurpose it into a café and co-working space - that's essentially what Capital One has done. The lobby, for example, is a busy communal space with a Peet's Coffee stand, a Capital One customer service desk, an ATM, and plenty of communal tables, some of which are near power outlets, and some of which aren't. Then, take what would normally be small customer service or 1-on-1 offices along the windows and turn them into small lounges or communal co-working spaces full of outlets. Plenty of folks were typing away when I stopped by in the late afternoon near closing time. An excellent resource for those who need a change of scenery in their remote working and a dependable cuppa joe along with it... and, just perhaps, some advice on a savings account or IRA? ;)

So this was my first time in Boston and I'm from Georgia- this place is amazing. The coffee is great and not crazy expensive and the vibes are on point. Free wifi, and comfortable places to chill. And I would like to make the biggest shoutout to Lisi and Savannah, who made my experience here so awesome! They were so friendly and greeted me when I came in and welcomed me to Boston with excellent customer service and professional, kind interaction. I will definitely be coming back next time I come to Boston. Give my girls Lisi and Savannah a raise Capital One! They deserve it! 10/10 :)

I have had an account here for years and dealt with small problems as any organization has had them. These were different. I was traveling and contacted them beforehand to make sure there would be no problems. They told me I would be fine. They lied. Each time I used the card it was frozen. This led to problems getting gas to problems paying for food. I called the main office and was put on hold ( from international call) for over 10 minutes. When I spoke with the representative I was told they could not help me as I was in another country. They sent me to their supervisor ( another 15 minutes). Now I was angry and told this representative I needed help with this ( and, yes, I was far from sweet since this was the 10th time in a week this happened but did not raise my voice in any way). She threatened to hang up on me if I was not respectful. She told me that she did not have to work with me as the problems were not her 'fault'. I was on an international call for another 15 minutes while she tried to 'figure it out again'. She finally waived the fee and protection, which is what I wanted to do in the first place. That is why I contacted them before I left. At the end of the call she simply hung up on me. One of the first tings I am going to do when I return to the US is cancel my account.

Jasmine, the manager at capitol one cafe; completely saved my day from total turmoil. I literally cannot explain the horrendous day I was having all the way up until I walked through the doors at 310 Harrison Avenue, Boston. She showed me true kindness that I havent been quite used to lately. When I say, it was in the top 3 of worse days ever; it truly was. Thanks to Jasmine and the kind barista making my frozen frappe; I was able to leave all my bad feelings at the door and ready to be treated like an actual human being. saying "I needed this experience" is the complete understatement of the century.
