*update: as of 1/25/2025- the store was closed again atleast 3 times during advertised hours/regular business hours since i wrote original review below. the day i originally wrote review, last week and yesterday (friday- 1/24) i don’t usually go that often my infant daughter desperately needs new clothes and is growing like a weed! i hope everything is okay !
store has been closed 2x in the past 2 weeks, both times i tried to go. while i love this store (and it always has good deals) it’s often closed when they are advertised as open. it’s happened atleast 3 times to me in the past year 🫠

Always nice and neat inside and when they have sales the store is well stocked, the employees are nice too, which unfortunately is a rarity these days ?

It's literally the best place around South Bay to get clothes for children. The sales are amazing, and the staff is phenomenal. Never had a bad experience here!

I went to this Carter's for the first time today and I will never come back again. I found this item in the clearance area with this clearance tag so I took it to check out. Then the cashier asked me where I took it from, this one was not clearance, it was a new model from the new collection (blah blah). I just told her I saw it from the clearance section. She yelled at me that I could not because it is a brand new item, she also asked me where I took the tag from. She acted like I took the clearance tag from somewhere then stuck it on the new item.The manager of the store told her to go check the new collection (while she can just scan the tag and check). After checking, she said: "Oh, this is an old item. You can take it". Then she scanned it and found the item in the system with the discount price like in the tag. She checked out the item for me without saying sorry. I don't know how they can treat their customer like this but I will never come back to this store again.

Happy with selection of clothing. I think they should have more order as to who is going to run the registers and were the lines begin. Other than that nice selections for both genders and decent prices.
