This review is based on two different visits to the boutique - both times I had made an appointment on Cartier's website. In my first visit, I wanted to purchase the Trinity ring. The sales associate (I don't remember her name) seemed bored and unengaged. I've had much better experiences with the Cartier boutique in Chicago and Philadelphia and I was overall disappointed by the experience, even though I did buy the ring. It just didn't feel like a very special experience, and at Cartier's prices, they really should be. My second visit, I went in with my husband as he was going to buy me a bracelet as an anniversary gift. Our SA Elisa was wonderful to work with - she was excited to find the perfect gift to fit my style, and it was fun trying on different options with her. I appreciated her honesty and it felt like we were really shopping together, versus the first visit where it felt like I was shopping and the SA was just there. Elisa helped me land on the small model Juste un Clou with diamonds, and she was happy to include perfume samples, a travel case, and a cleaning kit with my order (this is not always the case in luxury jewelry boutiques). I mentioned that I'm interested in purchasing a watch for my husband, and she showed us some models without being pushy at all. I really appreciate this in an SA, and we actually ended up going back to the boutique to buy the watch that same day. Good customer service goes such a long way, and I'm happy to have found an SA I will continue to work with at this boutique. I wish all of the SAs at this location could be as wonderful!

We had the most professional and knowledgeable help today at Cartier, and our parents were ready to purchase the ring almost immediately. The sales person Wayne helped show us the most perfect size, and understands every single collection like the back of his hand. Wayne was patient and hospitable with the tea, chocolates and water, and it was a great way to start off the new lunar year. We are grateful he took his time counting the cash and sharing which materials and styles would match our LOVE bangle the best. Again, we are so appreciative of being paired with Mr. Wayne and we hope to see him again soon; because of him, we wish we could give this location six stars not just five!

Wonderful staff and service! We went to Cartier twice to buy bracelet and ring. Felt wonderful every time we've been there. High quality items with high quality service. Definitely be back for more of new collection!

Sales associate Jose went out of his way to provide me an exceptional customer experience. I had ordered a ring from the online boutique for an important upcoming event and was assured by the Chicago office it would arrive in time. After tracking the status for several days I realized it would likely not arrive prior to my event.After calling the concierge team they advised that the Boston office had the ring in my size and that I could call them directly. Jose understood my concern with the timing, quickly sent me photos and video of the ring, and then overnight shipped the ring to me at no additional cost. The packaging was flawless as well! Can’t say enough good things about the experience after what could have been a major disappointment with the online purchase!

I was unaware of the time when I unexpectedly stopped in for a ring cleaning. Although it was nearing time to close and I was in yoga pants from walking the city, I was welcomed in by the pleasant woman who greeted me at the door. I never felt judged in my casual wear and was given courteous top-notch service. She even made sure to provide a cleaning kit for home use as there is no boutique in my city. Thank you for refreshing my wedding ring.

I brought in a defect Cartier piece to be repaired a week after the purchase date. The service advisor who assisted me said he would follow up in a few days and lamented that Cartier customers often don't pick up pieces after repair. While I was listening to him I was totally sympathetic. Little did I realise that this company makes it deliberately impossible to follow up. I was on hold for half an hour and all my emails bounced back.

I went in to get my bracelet looked at since the clasp kept popping open and the associate who came to help began arguing with me and being very condescending because I suppose I am a "young" person. I kept explaining that I was just here so someone could look at it since it opened up and the bracelet is supposed to stay on but she insisted that it wasn't the bracelet and that I must've put it on wrong (another associate put it on for me when I purchased it). This is my first review ever and I am disappointed that it was such a poor and degrading experience for a store that I hold in such high regard.

Went to Cartier today to get new strings for our bracelets and purchase earrings. The girl in the entrance was very rude from the start. Her attitude was negative the entire time we were there. Then, at the end, I asked her if she would give me a little extra string to take home. She very rudly said no, they don't do that here. I then told her that the Cartier stores in NYC, Miami, Beverly Hills and SD have never said no when I've requested it. She then said, I can check with my manager if you want. I walked out very disappointed in her service. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Special shout out to Jose who is so incredibly kind and accommodating. Even when we're making a very small purchase, Jose provides a level of service as if we were looking at high jewelry. Recently, I needed an item repaired and Jose helped us get the piece fixed so quickly! If you're looking for a SA to work with in Boston, I highly recommend Jose.

I had the best experience at Cartier today , upon entering the lady at the door was so welcoming & the security guard was very friendly and my SA Irina was awesome ! Just loved her ! She gave me a cleaning kit & chocolate ❤️ i love my love bracelet!! Thanks for the wonderfulExperience , Marisa
