Had the pleasure to talk with Wayne, who quickly helped me figure out what to do about a 100+ year old gramophone I had. Really honest and kind, and helped me out a whole lot. If you’re trying to figure out what to do with some old antiques and collectibles, a definitely recommend contacting central mass auctions!

I started out emailing Wayne about the many family heirlooms that I was told over the years had value. Before speaking with him I was completely overwhelmed because I had no idea what I should save or let go. Wayne was incredibly patient with me (still is!), and helped me to figure out all of it. Even if it wasn’t something he auctioned, he helped me find out it’s worth. I am so grateful for the time he spent with me. I tried for years to get someone to sit with me and help the way he did but couldn’t find anyone I trusted the way I trust him. Thanks Wayne!

My mom recently passed away and I needed help determining the value of some items she had in her house. I shared pictures with Wayne and he was able to help me understand the current market value for the items. I found his honesty refreshing, and his knowledge about the items helpful. He helped to make a difficult task a little easier.

I can't say enough good things about Central Mass Auctions. I needed to dispose of a large estate collection of art and antiques. They were responsive and helpful, in stark contrast to several other auctioneers and dealers. The results were better than I could have hoped for, and they were very prompt in sending me the proceeds. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing such services.

Wayne of Central Mass Auctions came highly recommended to us (to help with an estate sale) and we came to understand why. He has a very pleasant personality and was easy to work with. On top of that he has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry. Not only did he see value in many items that we only saw as costly to dispose of, but he also brought all the items to the attention of buyers from around the region and beyond. Wayne able to bring in about twice the revenue than I was more or less expecting, but, better yet, he also found good homes for many items from days gone by that otherwise may have gone out for trash. I highly recommend Wayne and Central Mass Auctions and can't thank him enough for all of his help and guidance in helping my family clear out, and find value in, many of the items our loved ones collected over the years. It was a win-win scenario working with him.

We didn't have a lot of antique items, but we were not sure if anything was of value when cleaning out my Uncle's house. Wayne was able to look at the items and tell me what would be worthy to auction. The best part was I didn't have to spend my time on websites trying to sell it myself and it was well worth it to have Central Mass auction it off for me with unexpected money in our pockets! My first online auction and I loved it! Central Mass didn't pull any of the nonsense some live auctioneers do - passing an item when the bids aren't high . Every item was fairly auctioned with no "secret" pricing.When I picked up my items - the woman handling the financial transactions was polite and professional. I bought some LARGE items and the gentlemen who helped us get them loaded were downright friendly. Lots of smiles and good advice. Top notch company- I can't wait to try another of their auctions!
