Went all the way up there to go get a color change on toes... the door was locked and the lady refused me talking about she had an appointment in an hour so she couldn't fit me in just for a color change don't go there and it's a little flim flam joint weird. And let's be clear it's not like you needed to lock the doors it's not like it was a big fancy built-up salon š¤¦šæāāļø it looked literally like a hole in the wall from the outside

I told her itās clear that the line is way off and she told me to go home and fix it, and that I complain too much, sheās super unprofessional, and refused to fix it, she blamed it on my nail shapeā¦.

My review is based solely on nails and customer service. This nail salon is as basic as it's gonna get but let me tell you, I enjoy my time there because of the owner, it's just her and her husband that provide services. She's quick, skilled and does an amazing job cleaning my nails! Some places (even higher price range places) don't do proper manicures before putting on a set, which I think is nasty, but here at Centre Nails, I feel like she has great attention to detail and she's efficient! Only downside is she doesn't do designs. But like I said... no frills but outstanding results. Surprised this place doesn't have more stars!! Also, the retention of my nails is the best I've had... ever... even my toe nails looked cute after she was done with them! (And trust me... my toes aren't naturally cute *definitely not going to add a picture of them) If you're looking for something quick and basic but with great quality and friendly customer service, this might be your new spot!

Best pedicure of my life! The gentleman in the shop did my nails today. He really took his time on each and every nail, shaping and trimming. The massage was incredible too, he catered to how ticklish my feet are. 10/10 definitely recommend!Service: Pedicures

Terrible service and unprofessional staff. Very Rude including would not recommend. Exceptionally inadequate and would not advise coming to a nail salon that is not flexible or appreciative, would much rather take my/your service elsewhere!!!

Super unprofessional. Made an appointment with Amy and was turned away because she ādidnāt have timeā to do the design I wanted. She didnāt want to get started on her next appointment late after I waited 15 mins pass my appointment time. She treated me as if she was doing me an UNPAID favorā¦ youāve lost 3 regular customers today. (My friends and I).

I wish I could give 0 stars, the owner sits in the first chair, light Brown eyebrows, rushed me while she made rude hand gestures, painted my nails horribly and yelled at me multiple times in front of everyone it was so unsettling. She seemed to have gotten pissed when I was speaking in Spanish to my mom, why? When she can speak in Vietnamese to her colleagues??? from the moment she heard me speak her whole demeanor changed. It was a horrible experience. Beyond Unacceptable
