I’ve had a storage unit at this location for about three years. After Store-u-self took over the business, so much has changed for the better! I just moved my unit to a different floor where they have new units and they have upgraded hallway lighting to come on automatically when you walk in. The building is very clean and always feels safe as there are security cameras now in place everywhere. Also, Dennis is so helpful and an all around great person. If you need anything, he’s always quick to help.I highly recommend.

We’ve been renting our unit from Stor-U-Self since August this year and have had a wonderful experience! The staff is friendly, the facilities are clean and secure, and the prices for the area are unbeatable.

Ive had a unit down Terminal St for 5 years now and its been great. Always dry and clean, nice roomy service elevators and carts always available. Dennis and his staff have always been friendly, helpful and available when I had trouble with sticky locks or upgrading an easier unit for me after a recent surgery. Great neighborhood style service, couldnt imagine city living without it

Highly recommend Stor-U-Self in Charlestown! Super convenient location and very well-managed. Dennis and Jeremiah have always been helpful when I needed them, and I always felt safe knowing they were on-site (along with all the video cameras).

Thank you to Dennis and Jeremiah! They were honest and straight to the point. Most importantly, friendly and helpful! Moving is stressful and they made it easy. There is still work that’s being done but it’s all going to be worth the wait! It’s clean and feels secure. The other storage owners we have met so far have been extremely nice and helpful. They have been calling this storage home for many years. We also love the fact there’s entertainment almost at every visit with the band practices.

Very clean, organized and well-managed. Beyond that, the staff were all so pleasant to work with - especially Dennis, he went the extra mile throughout the whole process to ensure everything went seamlessly. Would use this location again in a heartbeat!

After utilizing Stor-U-Self self storage these last several months I have experienced improved usage from this facility. Including elevators that are consistently usable, new flatbed carts and the addition of accessible garage doors at all of the bays with user codes is very helpful when accessing the facility. Dennis and his team are very helpful and will do anything to gain the trust of there customers. I highly recommend speaking with Dennis about your storage needs.

I had an amazing experience utilizing Stor-U-Self for the last 8 months. Dennis and his team were very accommodating and helpful. I used this space to store industrial items for a business I own in the building next store. What a super convenient option to have 24/7 freight access. Super clean facilities and great staff! My experience with Charlestown Stor-U-Self was by far the best storage experience I have had. The prices were good and Dennis made the experience easy and very pleasant. When I had a complicated issue that came up on my side he really went out of his way to find a good solution for me. I could not be more happy with the whole experience !
