My experience was great for pedicure,only was suprised when tip was demanded even before payment, I felt it was unprofessional, it should be natural and you will feel even better and give a good tip without being demanded to.

Susan is my favorite nail designer. She is a fun person and very caring with her clients. I have been getting my nails done by her for years. She always leaves my nails perfect. I love the work she does.

I would rename this place "Charm-free Spa." I read great reviews here about Susan, but it was not Susan who did my nails. I went for a gel manicure and she did a good job. I think the issue was a language barrier. If I asked a question, trying to have a conversation, I would get a one-word answer. When she was polishing my nails, I noticed a tiny hair at the tip of one of the nails. When I told her about it, she polished over it. Of course, the hair was still there. I mentioned it again and she polished it again. I finally held my finger in another direction so she could see what I was trying to tell her, and she eventually understood and removed the hair. She did a good job with the gel manicure, but I probably won't return.

My recent visit to Charming Spa turned into an absolute nightmare for both my fiancé and me. The nail technician assigned to us displayed a shocking lack of skill, and her aggressive and careless approach left us in pain and distress. Despite our repeated attempts to communicate our discomfort, she disregarded our concerns entirely. The situation took a dangerous turn when she over-trimmed my fiancé's cuticles to the point of causing bleeding. This unprofessionalism and negligence were made worse when we brought the issue to the manager's attention, as the manager not only made excuses but also took no corrective action. This entire experience at Charming Spa was deeply disappointing, and we strongly advise against subjecting anyone to such a painful and indifferent ordeal.Services: Nail art

WOW - I'm so thankful for my experience here. I'm from out of town and was in a tough spot for work (I needed to get my nails done last minute so my hands could be photographed in a photoshoot the next day)...the only salon that was marked as open on Google was Charming Spa. When I arrived, the salon was technically closed but Susan still agreed to do my nails because I'd Ubered 20 min from the hotel. She's so sweet and has really great energy; she made me feel welcome and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.I got a gel extension removal and simple gel mani for a very fair price. Susan took her time, was detailed, and did an amazing job, despite staying much later than she needed to on a Sunday night. The end result was beautiful and I'm so, so thankful. Overpriced. They completed the whole pedi process in 30 mins, 10 of which were utilized talking to another nail tech. I walked away without a mani. Not wasting more time and $.

Terrible service. I don’t usually write reviews but after my experience here, I needed to share. This was my first time here and I came in for a pedicure. The woman I had was very aggressive and cut/burned me pretty bad with the drill. This made the entire pedicure super painful. I am not one to usually complain but it stung pretty bad the entire time. When I checked out, she charged me $55 (which is not what their website says), and then gave me attitude when I chose not to tip. I told her she hurt me pretty bad and instead of apologizing she again demanded a tip so I told her no again and she got an attitude with me saying “Oh my God!”. I will never come back here again.

Wow ! New to the Boston area. Loved this place so much mani and pedi came out perfect! I have bad ingrown toenails and they removed them perfect. (IVE BEEN TROUGH 5 NAIL SHOPS) Definitely coming back. I always bring cash because this is a small business where they live off tips. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO TIP THEM, if you are able to ofc. THIS IS THE SHOP FOR ME, they have a lifelong customer now. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR INGROWN TOENIALS

I found such a gem here right off of the 57 bus! Sue is so kind and clearly cares a lot about her work and is always welcoming. My nails always look great and you seriously can not beat the prices for Boston. 65 for a fill with gel and chrome is so reasonable to me! This is after a week and they look great.
