The systems of Chase are a bit crazy and we had a lot of issues to do 2 things we thought should be easy. With one of them, there was a major technical issue and we were there for 2 hours. The only reason this rating is high is because of Muhammad. He was so very helpful and did everything he could do to fix the issue. He also did it with patience, a smile, and humor.

I had an appointment with a relationship banker Mr. Airlangga at Chase. He was incredibly patient, polite, and explained everything clearly. His humble approach and attentive listening made the experience smooth and stress-free. Great asset to this branch - highly recommend!

Thinly staffed with people actually working, though 2-3 employees were there apparently not working (or wouldn’t help us). Have tried three times to walk in an open an account — no one can ever see us. It’s ridiculous to need an appointment and plan your day around a 15 min transaction.

Definitely the best Chase branch I've ever been to! I go out of my way to go to this location just for the excellent customer service. Everyone is genuinely kind and they make errands at the bank pleasant and enjoyable.

Make sure you call ahead because they have random rules about their hours. Bankers apparently stop seeing customers an hour before close.

I think the first comment from me! From the security officer to the branch office manager, everyone is helpful, polite, and friendly. Super quick service provided from them, all precautions were taken and there are lots of hand sanitizer everywhere.
