Citizens Bank is very nice customer service and a convenient busy branch. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the tellers are very nice and answer any questions. ATM machines don’t break often and the bankers have good experience with customers. Waiting line is long because only two counters serving customers, a ten min wait is often but the friendly staff make sure finances are done well. The location is lively and many customers like this place.

Very nice customer service. I am not a customer of Citizens Bank, but they were kind enough to sell me two rolls of quarters on a rainy day – when my bank was closed – when it was not their normal policy.

I like this branch and how convenient it is. it's busy and lively and staff are very nice and helpful and ATM machines don't break often. I had a good experience with the bankers every time I went in and they always tried to help and answer my questions and direct me in case I needed help somehow.
