9:34am I'm standing in the bank after opening and account through citizens that was closed by them for them to only give me back my money in the form of checks that they won't chash. The bank manager s name is Sandy, she was and is extremely rude and distasteful. This bank Citizens took money from my other bank account only to close the account and not cash my check. This woman refused to cash my check after her and the other associate both after having my check verified wouldn't do there jobs. These people are not worth doing business with especially in such a dangerous area, coming out here to be treated like this . This place is a 0 on the rating scale. Pictures provided.

Very poor customer service, waited an hour to be helped by Maria Soto. She couldn't help me so she called the manager, Sandy Brandao Cardoso. Sandy had an attitude and called me "hunny" twice after I asked her not to! She then accused me of causing a scene by yelling which I was not. She also told me how my name was spelled on my debit card was not important. She deserves to fired! Don't go to this branch!

Very poor customer service. I was sitting in one of the chairs waiting for one of the service members to assist me. Nobody came to offer assistance until I was there for 40 minutes. The gentleman told me nobody was doing financial services, and to write the date and time I would like to return. I wrote today's date at 9AM. I show up at 9AM and no finance staff was there yet again, and I was told that the guy who said he would make the appointment is a newly hired teller. That's absolutely no excuse. Post signage saying there are staffing issues and to go to another branch for help. I went to the 50 Adams St Citizens Bank in Lower Mills, and I will continue to go there because they were able to squeeze me in later on in the day. I recommend that nobody go to this Mattapan branch, and to go to Lower Mills instead where the staff members actually know a thing or two about customer service.

Don’t waste your time going to this location. Whoever is managing this bank is doing a disservice to the community… If you signed up for a teller/banker job at least learn basic customer service skills. There have been many instances with in which the workers don’t know what there doing and if you inquire/correct them they have an attitude about it. They are consistently unwilling to help. This location is putting a bad name to Citizens bank. A major attitude readjustment is necessary.

It's been 20 minutes and still counting in here waiting on a customer service to attend to me and my wife with a 2years old of mine running around and no one I mean no one to even acknowledge our presence. It's simply unacceptable , bad banking services

I would give no stars if possible! The person named sylvia has to be the rudest person I've had to deal with! It really seems that he/she does not like there job! I guess citizens does not believe in customer service! Really really horrible bank and employee!

The teller tried stealing money out of my withdrawal. Then denied it after I watched her do it. Avoid this place like the plague .

Slooooooow. Big waiting lines for next teller. People playing music with their cell phones waiting to be attended. Usually when the office is so busy other agents come to back up at front desk. Over here didn't happened
