I have issues with Zelle, the security guard at the door tells me that the associate at customer service, she is to new, and the Zelle that I'm trying to receive money is not the same as Citizens and, I may go to South Bay for help cause there won't be possible

Went into this branch for the first time to get quarters to do laundry and was told I needed a account. I have done this in more open and friendly neighborhoods and have not had any issues. Your workers need to do better!

This bank / branch will do any way to take all of your money for maintenance/ management fees. Salt in a wound after 15k was stollen from my account and was not reembursed through check fraud!! Easten bank has much better service !!!
