I wasn’t even being helped by Gunti but he interjected himself into my business. He was rude and unhelpful. I called customer service and was able to get what I needed mailed which is an inconvenience considering the branch is two blocks away but it’s better than dealing with that pompous clown.

This is the worst place to get something notarized. DONT GO THERE. They have legit one notary and her name is Veronica and she is incompetent. On two separate occasions one for work and one for a death benefit claim she has given me problems. On multiple occasions I have had to explain the forms to her and in my most recent experience she refused to notarize something because “she didn’t like the wording of the form.” I called the company that owned the form to explain it to her and and she just plain refused. She is the worst.

WORST. BANK. EVER. Avoid at all costs. Most frustrating and incompetent bank I've ever dealt with. My father had a HELOC and a checking account at Citizens Bank, and when he passed away, I paid off the HELOC and tried to close the accounts. I am my father's executor and I have all the documents (death certificate, letters of authority etc) to prove it. I live in CA and they have no branches here so I have to do it by phone. I've had many, many phone calls with them and every time I get a different story and they ask me for something new. I've sent in the info they requested by physical mail, email and fax, but they still won't close the accounts. It's a nightmare. And whenever you send them any new information, it takes several weeks to get posted in their system.

Staff is extremely inconsiderate. Was waiting in line while the branch was still open, but because the teller was so slow, by the time I made it to the front of the line, it had passed closing time and they refused to see me. I’d really recommend that you pick any other branch to visit, or just choose a different bank.

Rude employees who are incomprehensible. Have messed up my overdraft policy at least 3 times and some woman just says “oh no no no no” and hangs up on me every time. Better off going to Bank of America or Webster

Didn't have good experience here when I went to deposit some cash in anticipation of tax day. Two tellers a guy and a lady are helping this guy who is missing some paperwork or something and then the male teller asks the guy his social security, and he moves over in front of him. So I walk up to the lady teller and try and make a deposit and then she says "I'm actually closed, my computer is down". How lame is that? Two people working on a lunch hour and one has a broke down computer. Thanks for pushing me to the ATM. Hope I don't have to come back to this location ever.

After a bad experience with poor customer service and being fee-ed to death ($8 fee for a check drawn from Bank of America if u don't have an account, inconceivable!) at Bank of America, I went where id be treated with some dignity. Again, although there was 1 teller during prime hours (im not sure why this trend with banks is up), the difference was the Manager on the floor didn't hesitate to help me, seeing that i was press for time, she immediately logged into a teller seat and took care of me. Thats what I call customer service with a smile. Thank you branch Manager, you are why I will always be happy with Citizens Bank, and will avoid service at Bank of (a Mammoth) America.
