VERY unfriendly/judgemental staff despite the “diversity” in people working there. Dont expect a hi how are you today…I’ve been going here for over 10 years. The english muffins, breakfast sandwiches, and tea are great. The masking 3 years after pandemic is not only unsanitary but also concerning. Management & service has gone downhill over the last decade.

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. This is how much cream cheese they gave me. Pretty disappointing. Service is also incredibly slow!!Edited: went back a week later for a bagel and the employee skimped on the cream cheese again. Not acceptable. Please train your employees better.

They don't have breakfast sandwiches, the coffee is watered down and, like many of these hipster spots, they don't have chocolate chips pastries. Sad.

Consistently slow service for sandwiches. This existed pre-covid and is nothing new though I am sure they want to attribute. After waiting over 15 minutes with no one in the store when I ordered, I asked about my order. I was told another 5 minutes. After another 10 minutes with people in the store after me now getting their orders I asked for them to check. They said the only thing they could do was give me my money back and explained there's a hot queue and a cold queue. When I told them I was in the cold queue, they shrugged. I got in line to get my money back. Surprise, surprise, the order then came out. No apologies, nothing. Again, nothing new. I won't be back. My advice, is pre-order by phone and hope.

Got multigrain bagel with cream cheese and raspberry jam. Loved it. However this place it's easier to understand and order for coffee. The choices for bagels and condiments are hidden and you have to ask for it. Otherwise there breakfast options are limited there.

Service here is always friendly, today was no different. Unfortunately my Sandwich was a bit scant on the fillings. Not the norm but disappointing non the less.Follow up. Thank you for the offer City Feed. Nice of you to offer to make it right. I recently moved and can only visit on the occasion which I think added to my disappointment since it's become a destination for me to go now. So it's not easy to take up your offer. Either way I still intended to visit your establishment when I am in the area. One not quite right sandwich out of the many good ones that I've had hasnt turned me away. Thank you for responding.
