Confusing sales strategy. The store has big 50% off signs but when you walk in, only 4 or 5 pairs are on sale. Even shoes on the same rack where they put up a sale tag are NOT on sale. Dishonest and confusing sales strategy to attract tourists.

I had a good experience at the store. The only thing I would say is there was no option for a print-out receipt, so I had to give them my name and email, which caused me to immediately start getting marketing emails that I never signed up for, as well as a request to set up my password. Not the staff's fault, but would be nice to just get my receipt and not have to get spam marketing emails.

They Never answer in costumer service , so what for you put phone number if you never answer??? Clarks don’t care anymore about customers is all about money shame on them

I purchased a pair of clogs on line and had to return them I don't think it's right you charge the customer to return the item. Your company can afford to return these items. I won't be ordering from your company again.

The store had quite a few pairs that I liked visually and interacting with the staff was very pleasant!I haven't worn the shoes I bought for long yet.

Exceptional long lasting quality shoes! I brought a brown and black pair of Chelsea boots. Prefect for long work days on your feet. Luckily the timing was great and there was a sale. Staff members were very helpful in determining what size I needed. Highly recommended for anyone who wants style and comfort incorporated into one shoe.

Great selection. Very helpful staff. When they didn't have the shoe I was looking for in my size, they brought out the closest size plus another similar shoe (which I wound up purchasing)
