If you didn't know, now you do! I am shocked myself that it took me this long to try Star Market/Shaws deli subs. Shoutout to the worker who made my sub (12/1/23)! Super friendly and definitely know great customer service. Kudos to you, brother!I ordered two different subs that day. I got a turkey sub for my wife and an Italian sub for myself. The deli meat they use is Boars Head. Definitely a great quality deli meat. Each sub was ONLY $8. It's definitely a foot long sub or longer. I got both our subs with lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, pickles, hots, and chipotle Mayo. TIP : if you can handle the heat, I highly recommend getting chipotle Mayo as a spread. You won't be disappointed!Highly recommend coming here for lunch or if you're doing your weekly market run, grab a sub . I'm definitely coming back to try their tuna sub!

horrible manager there. we enter the shop from 2 minutes ago, looking at the drinks, then got kicked out for no reason by someone named "Regina". the manager said for an excuse "you're fucking around buying nothing." number one: that's what you're supposed to do, number two: we were going to head to the checkout the but kept following us to leave. crazy ass manager, otherwise this review would be better. even employees agrees. so fucking disgusting.

I placed an order Monday November 7th to be delivered from 6-10 pm. It never arrived. I was first lied to multiple times stating my order was picked up. Then was told overnight orders delayed get cancelled automatically after 10 pm. I was given false information repeatedly. The delivery agent called me up the next day at 8 am While I was at work. Not within my time slot, asking if he could deliver the order I said no as I wasn't home and I had already placed a NEW one before to arrive order for Tuesday, November 8 which said it is not arriving due to high volume of delivery. After wasting time with multiple chat representatives, my order was not prioritised despite being a day late. It came the next day ie Wednesday November 11. I waited three days for my order. I have already put in a request for refund for the first order that never showed up, I only received a $20 refund. I expect a whole refund for the initial order that never showed up. I expect the tip and delivery to be refunded on the new order as well for this outrageous service and treatment of a loyal star customer. I am a lawyer and I plan to file a case under consumer protection law if I don't receive a full refund for the first order and a refund for the second order's delivery tip and service fee. You have lost a loyal star customer. You can check the records too. This is the last time I will be ordering with star.

This is a neat and clean store. The produce area is so organized and detailed. I seem to find everything I need. I'm hardly ever disappointed with my shopping trips to the market. Also, the cashiers are fast and friendly in the check out lane. I hardly ever use the self checkout.

This has got to be the cleanest most well organized and well kept Supermarket I've ever been in. The Produce by the main entrance is mesmerizing followed by the tidiness of every following section and or aisle. So if you're ever in this part of town give them a check out you will definitely enjoy your shopping experience here. Super well stocked and they even have knick knacks you wouldn't expect ie a wool knit cap from Ireland I once bought here etc.

The customer service guy with long badly-dyed blonde hair and big nose has terrible customer service skills and overall bad attitude. However, the customer service white girl with brunette hair is really nice and should be paid more for her friendly/positive personalityThe licensed Starbucks location sucks B/C they charge for water even though they are not supposed to (at least towards customers - to store employees yes though) [source - used to work at a Starbucks licensed location]

I love this store. Staff are always friendly, managers go above and beyond to assist you. It's a drive for me to get here but I do it every time because it's worth it. Keep up the good work.

The prices are fair, only get the deal when they are on sale. This store is not allowed my little Yorkshire goes in the store in the middle of hot summer heat outside. My dog inside my backpack! The girl- manager ( I assume) said dogs are not allowed only service dogs ! mine is in the backpack! Stop & shop are pet friendly ( small dogs like mine - in the bag) Pet's lovers like me - I'm not gonna shop here anymore!

It's a great small neighborhood market that tries hard. I don't get people who write derogatory remarks about this store. Local people serving local people, and nicely. Crabby reviewers, get a life.

They changed their management and remodeled parts of the store. They now have self-checkout, and they hired a handful of cashiers. The last three experiences I have had are positive. Check-out was a breeze. Thank you for listening to your shoppers. Organizations can change for the better that way. I will go again soon.

This Star Market is one of the largest and well organized Star Markets that I've been too! I was very impressed with the selection groceries and the freshness of the produce. I'm looking forward to grocery shopping here regularly now.

I work across the street and sometimes necessity forces me to shop here. The lines are almost always absurdly long due having only two or three cashiers and management's reluctance to open an express line. On a regular basis, I see customers abandoning their basket and leaving the store upon realizing there's no express line. It's unfair to be stuck behind a dozen people buying a week's worth of groceries when you only have a couple of items. The self checkouts were done away with ages ago as well. Hire more cashiers! UPDATE: Years later they *finally* brought back self checkouts! Two lines stretching well into the aisles are no longer an issue now, so hurrah!
