High prices for the same movies you can get free. Im a long time customer and the bill keeps climbing. The company will loose customers if the prices don't change! Greed is not the answer.

Very helpful got what I needed I was going there for Xfinity prepaid and they told me to sign up for Internet essentials and I literally got approved within 2 minutes and left with my package had to wait till the next day for them to activate the Gateway though

Comcast has been my provider for 30 years of internet, tv and land line phone. My bill has skyrocket from $99.00 to $278.00. I'm a senior , disabled and can't hear well, walk without assistance nor see well. My only source of entertainment is the tv. My granddaughters who live in a different states and towns tried to get My bill reduced and successfully go it to $199.00 but now I can't get my local sports games which I love Celtic, patriots,etcU son thought it was a good idea to switch to xfinity cell phones to save moneyBad idea. I want to scratch the whole package.

Ran into this place because i needed new cable remotes no line no waiting acknowledged the moment i walked in asked the woman behind the desk if i could get new remotes she asked what type and how many i told her she gave them to me w/o hesitation i thought i would need to return old ones she said no problem and i was im and out less than 5mins #satisfiedcustomer

Super easy to go and pay for their services. 2 employees and self-serve machine. No line-no wait when I went around 3:30 in the afternoon.
